I suggested to James Lund. to go to Stress-Free Auto Care for a second time! Reported all good things like: no cutting corners and competitive pricing ; plus a courtesy, complimentary ,Lyft-ride back to the shop when the vehicle was ready for safe driving.

Brought my 2023 RAV4 in for a brake squeak. The service was very organized, transparent, and professional — they provided a clear inspection report, told me straight the brakes were safe with nothing urgent, and left the fix decision to me with no pressure.

The team was professional and very detailed. The price was right and they did not give me a hard time for not doing all the recommended services. Excellent Service and will take all my cars there going forward.

- Came in for engine light and got back with engine light still on after paying $6,800 with $500 discount, total was $7,300 for my 2006 Toyota Sienna LE. (The car itself probably worths $4,000 today). - Finally got the car fixed and the second repair fee waived. Staff was friendly and service was good when they were able to identify the real cause.

It was great to get updates throughout the time that the job was being done. Super friendly service as well.

Took my. Car in with piece of mine. Everything was mostly done that was agreed apon. Minus the new curb rash on one of my wheels in front. I was pleased by the service and speed.

Amazing experience. Friendly service from beginning to end. Stress-Free Auto Care truly is a stress free place.

The service uses the technology in a very professional way. You are able to observe what is going on as if you were staying near your car. Pictures, reports, and process steps are posted through SMS and emails during working on your car. By the way, the cost is quite reasonable so you should not miss it if you want to get a hassle-free service.

Their texting system and complimentary service check saves a ton of time. I love how they give you access to their shop cam, too. Gene and the rest of the crew are awesome and go out of their way to accommodate anything that comes up.

A very thorough "see for yourself" assessment of vehicles inspections and the low-stress room you have to determine what and when you want the work accomplished gives you total peace of mind that you are getting true quality service. And, you can always get a printout of the service record, if you are a private seller of your automobile.
