I highly recommend this place! The price is cheap, the service is good, and it's open on Sundays, so it's easy to access. And I can trust you because they send to me simple inspection that needs to be replaced with photos and text messages. I will continue to use this place.

The experience was okay until I picked up my car, went home and realized they never refilled the washer fluid. In their report they stated it as full and even in the picture provided you can see it it empty, a very simple thing that was total missed. This cause me to question the rest of their services.

The service was professional, honest, and efficient. Dropped my car off after work and picked it up the following afternoon. They give you a complete breakdown of your car, what is good and what needs to be fixed. My car was taken care of quickly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this auto care shop!

I’ve been going here for a few years now just for maintenance, but recently they helped me with tires too. Everyone here is really friendly and the services are quick and done well. Communication is great while the car is in the shop, and you can follow along where the car is in the process.

Been there 3 times 2 for regular maintenance, and one cause I had an emergency. The waiting area is decent, staff are nice. A guy named Ezreal (god I hope that’s how you spell his name) helped me with my emergency saving my SF trip I planned months ago. Will continue coming back.

Our 2005 Toyota Camry started making an unusual noise, so we went to Stress-Free where Gene and a mechanic quickly diagnosed the problem. We set up an appointment for the next week to replace the water pump and now our car running like new again at over 208k miles. We are never disappointed with the service delivered by the fine people at Stress-Free.

They have always provided a great, high-quality and transparent service. Will continue to frequent for all my care service needs.

They really do take a lot of the stress and guesswork out of car repair, an experienc I've been craving since I first started driving.

I love these guys. They are quick, knowledgeable and polite.

Very good experience on the work performed on my Camry as usual. Could not take the lug nuts off a flat tire. AAA tried & they didn’t have a socket that would work either. Stress Free Auto removed them plus I had them replaced the other lugs on the other 3 tires. Also thanks for all the other work that had to be taken care of

Unreasonably expensive and terrible service, these guys took more than half a grand (and a few days) to even diagnose the problem — another mechanic on Monroe St (Santa Clara) fixed the problem at ~100 bucks within 3-4 hours. Unfortunately, this place was anything but a stress free experience. Would never want to visit them again.

Gene has done a number of things to maintain my Hyundai Elantra. He is very conscientious and communicates well. Great work!

Great place to get full diagnostic as they give you a detailed PDF printout at the end. So far, they've done good jobs on repairs.

My husband and I have been coming to Tires Unlimited (when it was originally just called that) for years and it has truly been a stress free experience, the name speaker for itself. The staff are helpful, patient and caring.

I've gone to Tires Unlimited for years, and am always impressed by their friendly service, knowledgable staff, above-and-beyond care and attention to detail. They have serviced every vehicle I've owned, as well as all the vehicles in my immediate family. They are my go-to choice for any of my auto care needs.

Jiffy Lube told me that my rear brakes needed repair however Gene at Tires Unlimited said that my brakes were OK but that my back tires were worn and that I had a steering problem in the front of the car so Gene had my back tires replaced and the front steering mechanism replaced and had all of my wheels realigned,

I had a hidden failure, that was successfully found by Gene & another mechanic here after doing very good 2-3 hour diagnostics and test drives before my a/c compressor failure showed up. Thanks for checking it a 2nd time and not charging me anything, as I thought I might be expecting. Kudos to the Stress free mechanic’s! Thanks Paul- happy customer 👍

Brought my car in at 10 am and the technicians looked at it within 35 to 40 minutes/ I received an update on my text with a clear report that included photos. Just a punctured tire that was fixed quickly for a reasonable price.

spoke with Gene re: ongoing engine noise for the past 3 months and was worsening, after dropping off the vehicle in the morning, the problem was identified and the needed part was ordered. the repair was performed in a timely fashion. pick up and payment was efficient. moreover the 2004 Sienna runs like new

A plastic part was hanging below my car and dragging along. Went to this place and within 15 mins it was fixed at _no cost_. They also filled air in the tires without me asking for it explicitly. Very professional and quick service. I highly recommend this place.

Very professional, friendly and I must say very transparent with pricing and the work they do. It was the best service and price I got on my scheduled tire rotation and check-up.
