Stress-Free Auto Care

I highly recommend this place! The price is cheap, the service is good, and it's open on Sundays, so it's easy to access. And I can trust you because they send to me simple inspection that needs to be replaced with photos and text messages. I will continue to use this place.

Very easy and convenient service.

I appreciate the costomer service starting with the inspection process even when I am just coming in for an oil change because i know there's always something I can't see that is wrong. In fact they text pictures so I can see what the technician is seeing so I can make an informed decision. But even though they find… Read full review

If the jingle doesn’t hook you, the purple shirts definitely will. I was elated to learn there was a Stress Free in Santa Clara as I had positive experiences with the one in Milpitas when I lived there. Reasonable prices and service, especially compared to the neighboring dealerships. Quick drop off and… Read full review

Overall great experience with Tires Unlimited/Stress-Auto Care. I have taken several different vehicles for routine (and non-routine) maintenance over several years and always provided with honest and expected information about repairs needed. Quick, thorough, honest and great customer service! I'll definitely return next time I need maintenance or have an issue

Fabulous staff. Already love Triston, Ari & Phillip at the Stevens Creek office. Office was super flexible turning in my car to them and picking it up and the turn around time on the work was extremely impressive. Stress-Free has a new long-term customer in me. Other than a body shop, God forbid, no one else… Read full review

The service was professional, honest, and efficient. Dropped my car off after work and picked it up the following afternoon. They give you a complete breakdown of your car, what is good and what needs to be fixed. My car was taken care of quickly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this auto care shop!

I really appreciated the services provided. While there were a few hiccups along the way, the overall experience was positive. The team was kind, supportive, and professional, and I appreciated the range of services they offer. Overall, I’m grateful for the support and care I received.

Transparent pricing and good service

They were incredibly nice and helpful and kept me updated with the services! I return to them any time I need maintenance!!

I had an outstanding experience at Stress-Free Auto Service in San Jose. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making the entire process easy and hassle-free. First impression upon driving up is that of a tight happy crew. The radio was playing and you could hear the guys chatting with each other while they worked. That's the kind of shop atmosphere I want to see from the road! I had an appointment with my regular guy but something happened and his shop was totally… Read full review

In the last year, I have used two other shops to service my car and truck, just because they are closer to my house. One was an independent, and one was the dealer. In both instances, I felt used, misinformed, and generally dissatisfied. So I’m going to stick with Stress Free auto care on Stevens Creek. Every time I… Read full review

Probably won’t go again. Came in for a 9:30 oil change and alignment appointment and was told car would be ready by 11. Nearly 1:15, I call to check on the status of the car. They said they had trouble finding the keys and were gonna get started on it ASAP. Finally was able go pick up the car at 3:30.

I had a great experience! I got in for an oil change same day. They were transparent and proactively communicated about timing and service. They provided the most detailed report I’ve ever received from a repair shop with photos of everything they did and inspected, and the recommendations were coded by level of… Read full review

The service I received was great and forward thinking bumper to bumper inspection gives you a blueprint of both good and bad observations so can plan your next service with peace of mind

Friendly & fast!

I came here yesterday after the dealership played games with me on the “maintenance plan” I bought leaving me unable to get my car serviced to sell. I was desperately asking around to see where could fit me in same day and the guys at Stress Free Auto Care got my car taken care of that same afternoon no hesitation… Read full review

This shop went above and beyond when my car went into limp mode after a fuel pressure system malfunction. Not only did they help get me back into my car quickly, but they also had a loaner car available for me to use in the meantime. Everyone was very helpful through the whole process and it was all very clear on what my car needed. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service.

Been there 3 times 2 for regular maintenance, and one cause I had an emergency. The waiting area is decent, staff are nice. A guy named Ezreal (god I hope that’s how you spell his name) helped me with my emergency saving my SF trip I planned months ago. Will continue coming back.

Staff are nice

Staff were great

This has been my go-to place forever. When I started way back I thought it was just tires(great and always good price) but they do EVERYTHING, so that’s what I do. Can’t beat the customer service; always friendly, helpful, thorough, and great price.

great service, helpful employees, knowledgeable staff. i called in last minute and they took me in. they were done in alittle over an hour, which was exactly what i needed. thanks!

I had a really good experience here. I initially brought my car in for an oil change and a brake inspection. They did a thorough digital vehicle inspection and actually found some extra issues I wasn't aware of. Because of the additional work, it took a little longer than I originally thought it would, but I really… Read full review

Had my oil changed here and it was quick and easy. And they have a great customer service.

Ali helped me get the right repair for my vehicle, and saved me money by helping me determine what I can do myself (filters)

Great experience all around. I appreciated the $15 credit for Lyft! My van was done several hours earlier than anticipated. Communication is excellent.

Quick, quality service. I am updated and the garage works with me for affordability and scheduling. The after-hours pick up is huge!

The attendant was very friendly and the entire process was straightforward,

Great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent and I really appreciated getting updates and dates via text. Wonderful service. Thank you!

Great to work with. I have been coming to Stress Free Auto Care/ Tires Unlimited for over 20 years. Always get great service and workmanship!

Fair pricing, quick response and turnaround. Seemed to have the best interest of the customer at heart. Informed me of what was needed. Didn't do extra stuff or try to up-sell. Done on time as well.

They really do take a lot of the stress and guesswork out of car repair, an experienc I've been craving since I first started driving.

I don't normally post that many reviews but since I been going here for years I had show some love where it's needed! Gene your customers service rocks and the service you always did for my car from the oil change/tire replacement to the other major stuff was superb!! Thanks and see you next time!

Wonderful service! I made the appointment online, quick and easy, dropped off the car that I was promised would be ready by a certain time and the car was actually ready a couple of hours before it! Absolutely my favorite place for car maintenance! Totally recommend!

Always pleasant and professional, they get the job done! Gene and all the lads are really pleasant to do business with. We've been coming here for years, and it's more affordable than the impersonal dealership. They are both efficient and calm. It makes a necessary chore pleasant! Thank you Gene!
