I highly recommend this place! The price is cheap, the service is good, and it's open on Sundays, so it's easy to access. And I can trust you because they send to me simple inspection that needs to be replaced with photos and text messages. I will continue to use this place.
Very easy and convenient service.
I appreciate the costomer service starting with the inspection process even when I am just coming in for an oil change because i know there's always something I can't see that is wrong. In fact they text pictures so I can see what the technician is seeing so I can make an informed decision. But even though they find…
If the jingle doesn’t hook you, the purple shirts definitely will. I was elated to learn there was a Stress Free in Santa Clara as I had positive experiences with the one in Milpitas when I lived there. Reasonable prices and service, especially compared to the neighboring dealerships. Quick drop off and…
Overall great experience with Tires Unlimited/Stress-Auto Care. I have taken several different vehicles for routine (and non-routine) maintenance over several years and always provided with honest and expected information about repairs needed. Price point does vary depending on the work being done, and that's…
Quick, thorough, honest and great customer service! I'll definitely return next time I need maintenance or have an issue
Fabulous staff. Already love Triston, Ari & Phillip at the Stevens Creek office. Office was super flexible turning in my car to them and picking it up and the turn around time on the work was extremely impressive. Stress-Free has a new long-term customer in me. Other than a body shop, God forbid, no one else…
The service was professional, honest, and efficient. Dropped my car off after work and picked it up the following afternoon. They give you a complete breakdown of your car, what is good and what needs to be fixed. My car was taken care of quickly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this auto care shop!
I really appreciated the services provided. While there were a few hiccups along the way, the overall experience was positive. The team was kind, supportive, and professional, and I appreciated the range of services they offer. Overall, I’m grateful for the support and care I received.
Transparent pricing and good service
They were incredibly nice and helpful and kept me updated with the services! I return to them any time I need maintenance!!
I had an outstanding experience at Stress-Free Auto Service in San Jose. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making the entire process easy and hassle-free. They clearly explained what my vehicle needed, never tried to upsell unnecessary repairs, and kept me…
First impression upon driving up is that of a tight happy crew. The radio was playing and you could hear the guys chatting with each other while they worked. That's the kind of shop atmosphere I want to see from the road! I had an appointment with my regular guy but something happened and his shop was totally…
In the last year, I have used two other shops to service my car and truck, just because they are closer to my house. One was an independent, and one was the dealer. In both instances, I felt used, misinformed, and generally dissatisfied. So I’m going to stick with Stress Free auto care on Stevens Creek. Every time I…
Probably won’t go again. Came in for a 9:30 oil change and alignment appointment and was told car would be ready by 11. Nearly 1:15, I call to check on the status of the car. They said they had trouble finding the keys and were gonna get started on it ASAP. Finally was able go pick up the car at 3:30.
I had a great experience! I got in for an oil change same day. They were transparent and proactively communicated about timing and service. They provided the most detailed report I’ve ever received from a repair shop with photos of everything they did and inspected, and the recommendations were coded by level of…
The service I received was great and forward thinking bumper to bumper inspection gives you a blueprint of both good and bad observations so can plan your next service with peace of mind
Friendly & fast!
I came here yesterday after the dealership played games with me on the “maintenance plan” I bought leaving me unable to get my car serviced to sell. I was desperately asking around to see where could fit me in same day and the guys at Stress Free Auto Care got my car taken care of that same afternoon no hesitation…
Great place, great people and fast turn around time
Great service!
Stress Free Auto Care in San Jose is my routine maintenance location.Good price and through work.
Took my. Car in with piece of mine. Everything was mostly done that was agreed apon. Minus the new curb rash on one of my wheels in front. I was pleased by the service and speed.
Just like the name says it...stress free. I love that they provide pictures and explinations of what needs to be done and why. I will definitely be coming back again.
I have trusted the mechanics of Stress-Free Auto Care / Tires Unlimited for more than 30 years, and they are the best shop I have ever dealt with every visit. They have serviced all the vehicles I have owned, including regular inspections, routine maintenance, and oil changes, warranty work and they have provided me…
This shop went above and beyond when my car went into limp mode after a fuel pressure system malfunction. Not only did they help get me back into my car quickly, but they also had a loaner car available for me to use in the meantime. Everyone was very helpful through the whole process and it was all very clear on what my car needed. Highly recommend!
Amazing customer service.
Been there 3 times 2 for regular maintenance, and one cause I had an emergency. The waiting area is decent, staff are nice. A guy named Ezreal (god I hope that’s how you spell his name) helped me with my emergency saving my SF trip I planned months ago. Will continue coming back.
Staff are nice
Staff were great
This has been my go-to place forever. When I started way back I thought it was just tires(great and always good price) but they do EVERYTHING, so that’s what I do. Can’t beat the customer service; always friendly, helpful, thorough, and great price.
great service, helpful employees, knowledgeable staff. i called in last minute and they took me in. they were done in alittle over an hour, which was exactly what i needed. thanks!
I had a really good experience here. I initially brought my car in for an oil change and a brake inspection. They did a thorough digital vehicle inspection and actually found some extra issues I wasn't aware of. Because of the additional work, it took a little longer than I originally thought it would, but I really…
Had my oil changed here and it was quick and easy. And they have a great customer service.
Ali helped me get the right repair for my vehicle, and saved me money by helping me determine what I can do myself (filters)
Great experience all around. I appreciated the $15 credit for Lyft! My van was done several hours earlier than anticipated. Communication is excellent.
Quick, quality service. I am updated and the garage works with me for affordability and scheduling. The after-hours pick up is huge!
The attendant was very friendly and the entire process was straightforward,
Great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent and I really appreciated getting updates and dates via text. They documented and photographed everything thoroughly, which made the process feel very transparent. I was especially impressed that they even have a live camera so you can see your car…
I love how Stress Free Auto makes everything so easy. They keep you posted as they work on your car so there are no surprises. Thanks guys!!
Great experience ( as good as car repair can be I guess). Honest service advisors, give options and helped with warranty work also. Thank you.
Amazing experience. Friendly service from beginning to end. Stress-Free Auto Care truly is a stress free place.
Once again--the time and effort, communication and expertise of this business is just what I needed!! Thanks. Always a pleasure doing business with Tires Unlimited. I’ve been a customer for several years. They are friendly, accommodating and time efficient! This review is dated 6/4/20--I had a window…
Consistently excellent service at Tires Unlimited Stress-Auto Care. Gene Brawn, the service manager, and the entire team have serviced all our cars since the late 90s, before the consolidation with Stress-Free, and we will continue to use them. Quotes, explanations of issues and repair options, and follow-up…
TEN STAR service at Stress Free each time I come. I always have my car serviced here, and I am always satisfied. This time I got an regular oil change plus a cabin filter replacement. Whatever my old Highlander has needed, They have repaired it!
Excellent service and fair pricing - ride service was also provided!
i love the transparency in pricing as well as as the great communication they provide. I will be a longtime customer
They have always provided a great, high-quality and transparent service. Will continue to frequent for all my care service needs.
Staff is very friendly, helpful and responds quickly. They text updates to keep you informed every step of the way during the inspection and any areas needing attention. Overall a great experience and would recommend. Price was a little higher than I anticipated due a oil gasket replacement but it was needed. Thank…
Wonderful service. Thank you!
Great to work with. I have been coming to Stress Free Auto Care/ Tires Unlimited for over 20 years. Always get great service and workmanship!
Fair pricing, quick response and turnaround. Seemed to have the best interest of the customer at heart. Informed me of what was needed. Didn't do extra stuff or try to up-sell. Done on time as well.
They really do take a lot of the stress and guesswork out of car repair, an experienc I've been craving since I first started driving.
I don't normally post that many reviews but since I been going here for years I had show some love where it's needed! Gene your customers service rocks and the service you always did for my car from the oil change/tire replacement to the other major stuff was superb!! Thanks and see you next time!
Wonderful service! I made the appointment online, quick and easy, dropped off the car that I was promised would be ready by a certain time and the car was actually ready a couple of hours before it! Absolutely my favorite place for car maintenance! Totally recommend!
Always pleasant and professional, they get the job done! Gene and all the lads are really pleasant to do business with. We've been coming here for years, and it's more affordable than the impersonal dealership. They are both efficient and calm. It makes a necessary chore pleasant! Thank you Gene!
As always, another great experience at Tires Unlimited! I’ve been taking our vehicles here for over 26 years! Always great service and at a reasonable price. Today, my vehicle was completed ahead of the estimated time. Outstanding! Very impressed on the new technology they use for keeping you updated on your…
Great business! Dependable friendly and organized! Everyone is caring about you and your vehicle! If there were ten stars I’d give them that! They are also great at following up as well! They have reasonable competitive pricing also! The waiting room is even comfortable! If you’re having major work done they send…
The work was done quickly and efficiently. Friendly, professional workers. Additionally, they made an inspection of the car and showed me what else it would be desirable to do. I will definitely come back here and recommend to my friends.
Great customer service 👏Brian really help me out
Very good experience on the work performed on my Camry as usual. Could not take the lug nuts off a flat tire. AAA tried & they didn’t have a socket that would work either. Stress Free Auto removed them plus I had them replaced the other lugs on the other 3 tires. Also thanks for all the other work that had to be taken care of
Professional, honest, and reliable-- would highly recommend!
Stress Free Auto Care is always great to deal with. If there are issues caused by their personnel, which has only happened twice in my 30+ years dealing with them, they own up and correct the issues. They are knowledgable and fair, and their technicians are skilled and thorough. I have always loved Stress Free and I…
Always courteous and do very good work. Prompt and very good pricing.
Great service! Fast and awesome staffs. I’ve been coming back here every time my car had issues.
I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. They are very reliable, honest, and super easy to work with.
Rhett knows about customer service. Guy’s a real pro . Always a pleasure dealing with Gene !
After a miserable experience at Costco I came to Tired unlimited and had an awesome experience. They didn’t require an appointment to get me in immediately, we’re able to fix my tire in a matter of hours and get an oil change done the same day at a very reasonable price. I won’t be going anywhere else for my auto…
Always an easy experience with tires unlimited. Their user interface makes it easy to see what repairs my car needs, and the technicians make it easy for me to be understand what's going on with my car.
Being coming here for years, the Service is always top shelf!
I've gone to Tires Unlimited for years, and am always impressed by their friendly service, knowledgable staff, above-and-beyond care and attention to detail. They have serviced every vehicle I've owned, as well as all the vehicles in my immediate family. They are my go-to choice for any of my auto care needs.
I have used their service for two decades and have always, as I have this time, received great service
Very Friendly, very clean sitting area. But most of all professional and customers service is FANTASTIC and great music
Great customer service!!
I think this is my 4th or 5th time there. All my expectations have been exceeded with their professionalism and care for the customer. I will continue to bring my vehicles there and enjoy the comfort of my car being in great hands . Thanks guys for your help and services
I had an excellent service experience at Stress-Free Auto (SFA) care, Stevens Creek Blvd, when I wanted to get an oil change for my vehicle. A tire also required replacement, which I had wanted to get done at Costco. However, since SFA was priced better. Their status updates via SMS and a live camera in their shop…
Gene always able to fit me in when I come to town. I have moved to San Luis Obispo so it is a long drive. When I am there on Sunday the guy that works there is also very pleasant and helps me to get out quickly.
I was very satisfied with their service. They are friendly and kind. They answered my questions very clearly. I recomend you this service store.
Professional and friendly, waiting area is extremely comfortable and with charger. I had general maintenance for my car and only takes an hour, highly recommend!
This one is the best car service shop from what I know in Bay Area. I got alignment service here with appointment. It's well done in scheduled time. The place is very clean and neat with great culture atmosphere: various of Coffee, nice tables, modern chairs and comfortable sofas with iPhone, MacBook and other smart…
Their work was excellent. Their communication with me was excellent. I will go back to them again when I need my car repaired.
I have been getting my Pathfinder serviced at Tires Unlimited/ Stress-free auto care for more than 4 years now. Mostly I have been working with Gene. I really trust these guys. Although sometimes I felt they are a little pricey, but after researching online for the services they performed, it was not the case. I can…
Great place. I've been going there for years. A little more detail on the recommended service would have been helpful though. What kind of fluid is leaking? Don't they know? Where in the engine compartment am I looking in the provided photos? In for an oil change but was recommended. An in person with the diagnostic would be more helpful than a text.
I’ve used these guys for decades. Honest and knowledgeable as they come.
I had an appointment made for an oil change. The estimated time for the service was 30 mins - 1 hour. I came early and its been two hours. Not sure if they are understaffed but I would have liked to know the real ETA. I've had this service before not sure what happened
Fast and convenient service. Great prices on tires, and they can order it for you. I installed my 2nd pair of Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 (I chose DWS 6 Plus this time, a newer model). I drove on the first pair for almost four years and 41k miles, and all those years, I got a free rotation, and I did the oil…
At Stress-Free Auto the team members from the front counter to the pro mechanics working the shop function with the highest quality of service and expertise, in the last five to six years, I’ve never walked away disappointed!
I had a wonderful experience doing an annual maintenance visit, which included oil change, filter change, and tire rotation. Their website is amazingly clear and helpful. Inspection was included, and they send text updates and a full online inspection report (including photos of your own care) in real time for…
been a recurring customer here for a while now and I will continue going. The team is great, the service is excellent and they seem to keep improving things. Very happy to support this awesome business!
I have been going to Tires Unlimited for about 6+ years now and they have not let me down once! No matter what request or car trouble I give them they always solve it quickly, efficiently, and most importantly economically. They are one of the most trustworthy auto shops in the area.
I've been a customer here more than a decade now. They continue to provide prompt, quality service and improve their customer communication so you know how the work is progressing and when it's ready.
After a terrible experience at Honda down the road (they charged me over $600 for an oil change by tacking on a ton of stuff I did not approve) I was hesitant to find a new repair shop. So glad I took the chance here! I have had my oil changed, new tires installed, and wheel alignment so far. They are extremely…
Love tires unlimited cause they do appointment and Gene/crew are the best at what they do. They are very helpful and professional at there job. But, you might have to have patience they have got busier from the last year. Which good cause you know more of use trust, value they work and appreciate their…
Thank you so much to Rhett, Dave, and especially Gene for the excellent communication, guidance & service; Their support in fixing up my car was super genuine. I’d recommend their place for your automotive needs :)
Always do a great job!
I have been taking my cars here for over 20 years and have never had a complaint. And I love the new system you are using with the text messages and photos.
Professional work with easy online appointment system. Costco membership discount huge bonus!
I've been a customer since 1986 because I've always been treated well, prices were good and we have had excellent service. Jeff is gone now, but you still have Gene and he knows his stuff. He's a great contact person. This time the service was as good as l expected.
I called Tires Unlimited curious after reading the Yelp and Google reviews. I spoke with Gene on the phone and discussed a big maintenance I needed for my Toyota while matching my budget. I made an online appointment for the next morning. During around 9 am, I checked in my car with Gene. Later, I was given text…
Very professional and transparent in repairs needed and how much it costs
Really easy to make an appointment. They get you in really quick, both times I've been there they've had it finished before the estimated time. They are also really thorough. I went to a different place a few weeks before taking my car here, and asked that place to check out my car to see what's wrong, he said…
Amazing service! They keep you updated and send you pics of everything that was found during their routine maintenance check!! They also make payment and pick up super easy with access to a locker with a code just for you!! AWESOME SERVICE
We’ve been going to Tires Unlimited for years. Always honest and the best service.
Extremely professional, friendly. and high quality service. I had an appointment but showed up an hour early but they accommodated and also did extra brake work that I didn't schedule. Very nice waiting room
Nice and knowledgeable staff
Great place - SUPER honest. Gave me the peace of mind that I wasn’t getting cheated. Got my BMW here from the dealership across the street (BMW Stevens Creek) where I DECLINED a number of services that Tires Unlimited told me were unneeded. Oil change - here $110 ; at BMW dealer = $230 Air filter change - here $60…
Been using Tires Unlimited for years. They honestly diagnose issues with you car. For example, I thought my starting battery was weak since the car wouldn’t start on a hot day, but they ran a diagnostic test on it and it is fine. They could have charged me for a new battery. But they didn’t. They give you a…
