Overall great experience with Tires Unlimited/Stress-Auto Care. I have taken several different vehicles for routine (and non-routine) maintenance over several years and always provided with honest and expected information about repairs needed. Price point does vary depending on the work being done, and that's…
I have been using these guys for over 20 years. They give you the straight info with pics and let you decide what and how much to do. I highly recommend them.
It's difficult to find a mechanic you can trust, but this places has them here with great leadership. My family has been coming here for the last 20 years (back when they were located in Campbell). Awesome communication, timely, and there digital portal (to see what parts need to be fixed with pictures) is a great use of tech.
First impression upon driving up is that of a tight happy crew. The radio was playing and you could hear the guys chatting with each other while they worked. That's the kind of shop atmosphere I want to see from the road! I had an appointment with my regular guy but something happened and his shop was totally…
Had a great experience with my Rav 4! Phillip and team were extremely professional, kept me up to date with timing on when my vehicle would be ready even stayed open a little late for me as I got off work late. I appreciate the transparency of the entire process! Thank you Phil and team, looking forward to my next service!
I have trusted the mechanics of Stress-Free Auto Care / Tires Unlimited for more than 30 years, and they are the best shop I have ever dealt with every visit. They have serviced all the vehicles I have owned, including regular inspections, routine maintenance, and oil changes, warranty work and they have provided me…
The staff there did a great job on my car My car runs great! Thank you! Lucy Palermo
Great job on what i had done on my truck. No problems, no complaits. Always good things from these guys.
Their texting system and complimentary service check saves a ton of time. I love how they give you access to their shop cam, too. Gene and the rest of the crew are awesome and go out of their way to accommodate anything that comes up.
Fast, easy and super friendly service. I felt that the price was fair and the shop was honest and upfront in the cost quoted to me. I will be returning for future service, plus I received coupons. Yay. My car is up and running great.
Great to work with. I have been coming to Stress Free Auto Care/ Tires Unlimited for over 20 years. Always get great service and workmanship!
I had my wheel hub bearing replaced and also an all wheel drive alignment done. I dropped off my Jeep at 7:45am and it was completed by 11:30am. That is quick service and the price was not that bad, as always I am satisfied with the service. All of the mechanics seem to be very knowledgeable, I will continue my business with Stress Free Auto. Thank you.
They did the work fine but scammed me to replace all 4 tires when only one was bad. Undrivable flat tire so they had me.
Not many auto shops work on classic cars these days however this shop does and I will continue to bring my cars to this shop. Gene's customer service is the best!
I love these guys. They are quick, knowledgeable and polite.
Great people and services! Always the best !😊
Jean was able to get my car done early and did a great job.
Extremely professional staff with crystal clear communication. All aspects of what has been checked and what needs attention are uploaded to an online portal to make decisions based on prior knowledge and research. Definitely will be coming back.
I am happy to write a positive review for a company my husband and I have patronized for more than thirteen years. We have been very satisfied with their friendly service as well as their long-lasting, quality tires. Their prices are fair and they get the work done in the time they tell you it will take. Getting…
Had some work done a year ago and had no issues. Dropped my car off today at 10am. When I asked how long they confirmed it would be about 2 hours. I called back after not hearing an update 3 hours and they said they might not get to my car today. Got a call back another hour later stating I would need to wait until…
Always an easy experience with tires unlimited. Their user interface makes it easy to see what repairs my car needs, and the technicians make it easy for me to be understand what's going on with my car.
Tires Unlimited is where we go for all of our tire and suspension needs. Turns out, they are pretty good at all kinds of other repairs as well. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and they meet their promises. We don't even consider going anywhere else. We are loyal customers and recommend them highly!
These guys are great. Jeremy did my initial inspection and was very communicative. I love the fact that I get a detailed review of my car with videos and pictures. They also sent a link to a live feed where I was able to view my car being repaired. I was quoted a price and was charged accordingly. I will be…
Jiffy Lube told me that my rear brakes needed repair however Gene at Tires Unlimited said that my brakes were OK but that my back tires were worn and that I had a steering problem in the front of the car so Gene had my back tires replaced and the front steering mechanism replaced and had all of my wheels realigned,
I think this is my 4th or 5th time there. All my expectations have been exceeded with their professionalism and care for the customer. I will continue to bring my vehicles there and enjoy the comfort of my car being in great hands . Thanks guys for your help and services
The car was handling poorly. The guys correctly diagnosed some worn suspension components and incorrect toe-in. Now by comparison the Corolla feels like a veritable Maserati. Joking aside, they aren't the cheapest in town, but consistently do good honest work and get it done when promised. Well worth it.
A very thorough "see for yourself" assessment of vehicles inspections and the low-stress room you have to determine what and when you want the work accomplished gives you total peace of mind that you are getting true quality service. And, you can always get a printout of the service record, if you are a private seller of your automobile.
Their work was excellent. Their communication with me was excellent. I will go back to them again when I need my car repaired.
I have been getting my Pathfinder serviced at Tires Unlimited/ Stress-free auto care for more than 4 years now. Mostly I have been working with Gene. I really trust these guys. Although sometimes I felt they are a little pricey, but after researching online for the services they performed, it was not the case. I can…
I’ve used these guys for decades. Honest and knowledgeable as they come.
Very professional made the noise go away and made me feel safe to drive
At Stress-Free Auto the team members from the front counter to the pro mechanics working the shop function with the highest quality of service and expertise, in the last five to six years, I’ve never walked away disappointed!
The crew at Tires Unlimited is always a pleasure to work with. Not only did they fix my rookie mistakes; they performed all requested services in a timely and professional manner.
Love tires unlimited cause they do appointment and Gene/crew are the best at what they do. They are very helpful and professional at there job. But, you might have to have patience they have got busier from the last year. Which good cause you know more of use trust, value they work and appreciate their…
Rhett gave excellent service, very knowledgeable and professional. I had my tires replaced and was very happy with the outcome. They did notice my breaks needed replacement so they also did that. Note: they charge $165 and hour, so considering the breaks and installation of a lift kit, it came out to $2100. So it…
