It's difficult to find a mechanic you can trust, but this places has them here with great leadership. My family has been coming here for the last 20 years (back when they were located in Campbell). Awesome communication, timely, and there digital portal (to see what parts need to be fixed with pictures) is a great use of tech.

Their texting system and complimentary service check saves a ton of time. I love how they give you access to their shop cam, too. Gene and the rest of the crew are awesome and go out of their way to accommodate anything that comes up.

I had my wheel hub bearing replaced and also an all wheel drive alignment done. I dropped off my Jeep at 7:45am and it was completed by 11:30am. They did the work fine but scammed me to replace all 4 tires when only one was bad. Undrivable flat tire so they had me.

Always an easy experience with tires unlimited. Their user interface makes it easy to see what repairs my car needs, and the technicians make it easy for me to be understand what's going on with my car.
Tires Unlimited is where we go for all of our tire and suspension needs. Turns out, they are pretty good at all kinds of other repairs as well. Jiffy Lube told me that my rear brakes needed repair however Gene at Tires Unlimited said that my brakes were OK but that my back tires were worn and that I had a steering problem in the front of the car so Gene had my back tires replaced and the front steering mechanism replaced and had all of my wheels realigned,

The car was handling poorly. The guys correctly diagnosed some worn suspension components and incorrect toe-in. Now by comparison the Corolla feels like a veritable Maserati. Joking aside, they aren't the cheapest in town, but consistently do good honest work and get it done when promised. Well worth it.
A very thorough "see for yourself" assessment of vehicles inspections and the low-stress room you have to determine what and when you want the work accomplished gives you total peace of mind that you are getting true quality service. And, you can always get a printout of the service record, if you are a private seller of your automobile.
