Been there 3 times 2 for regular maintenance, and one cause I had an emergency. The waiting area is decent, staff are nice. A guy named Ezreal (god I hope that’s how you spell his name) helped me with my emergency saving my SF trip I planned months ago. Will continue coming back.

Very easy to setup online and the drop-off and pick was easy. Been a fan of this facility for the past few years. My cars only go to this facility for tires.

They did the work fine but scammed me to replace all 4 tires when only one was bad. Undrivable flat tire so they had me.

I don't normally post that many reviews but since I been going here for years I had show some love where it's needed! Gene your customers service rocks and the service you always did for my car from the oil change/tire replacement to the other major stuff was superb!! Thanks and see you next time!

Wonderful service! I made the appointment online, quick and easy, dropped off the car that I was promised would be ready by a certain time and the car was actually ready a couple of hours before it! Absolutely my favorite place for car maintenance! Totally recommend!

I've gone to Tires Unlimited for years, and am always impressed by their friendly service, knowledgable staff, above-and-beyond care and attention to detail. They have serviced every vehicle I've owned, as well as all the vehicles in my immediate family. They are my go-to choice for any of my auto care needs.

spoke with Gene re: ongoing engine noise for the past 3 months and was worsening, after dropping off the vehicle in the morning, the problem was identified and the needed part was ordered. the repair was performed in a timely fashion. pick up and payment was efficient. moreover the 2004 Sienna runs like new
