I went there to replace two tires. They did a thorough multi-point checkup, not just for the tire/suspension but also in the engine compartment. The whole service was done in an hour while I waited. Highly recommended!

The experience was okay until I picked up my car, went home and realized they never refilled the washer fluid. In their report they stated it as full and even in the picture provided you can see it it empty, a very simple thing that was total missed. This cause me to question the rest of their services.

The service was professional, honest, and efficient. Dropped my car off after work and picked it up the following afternoon. They give you a complete breakdown of your car, what is good and what needs to be fixed. My car was taken care of quickly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Amazing service! So nice, friendly and super helpful! They helped me out quickly when I got a nail in my tire. They reassured me the placement of the nail could easily be patched. They sent me pictures with a full inspection. They had snacks in the waiting room which my kids really loved. My kids and I highly recommend for any car troubles or services.

I’ve been going here for a few years now just for maintenance, but recently they helped me with tires too. Everyone here is really friendly and the services are quick and done well. Communication is great while the car is in the shop, and you can follow along where the car is in the process.

I needed a tire patch but the technician did a full inspection and found a slew of other issues lol. Ended up having to replace my entire tire which was reasonably priced and there was no pressure for me to add on other services upfront. They were transparent and upfront with pricing and worked on my car super fast. Would use them again in the future.

Amazing costumer service! Called in on Easter for a nail in my tire and they were able to accommodate the same day. They were friendly, kind, and extremely accommodating. I will definitely be back if I need any further services.

Nick did an awesome job on the alignment. My Tesla is pretty difficult to align and every other place I’ve taken it to, even Tesla themselves couldn’t do as good of a job. Also shoutout to the guys who did the tires. The car drives very smooth so the balancing was also done very well.

Have been going to Stress-Free Auto Care and specifically this location for a couple of years now and service is and has always been excellent!

Always a great service and experience! Gene is the best is always fair and always takes care of his customers!

New tires. 3 hours late. No taking responsibility. Couldn’t care less. Flat tire next morning. Couldn’t get them to respond.

1hr tire changed turned into 3hrs with zero respect for my time. Can’t be trusted when it counts.

Their texting system and complimentary service check saves a ton of time. I love how they give you access to their shop cam, too. Gene and the rest of the crew are awesome and go out of their way to accommodate anything that comes up.

Very good experience on the work performed on my Camry as usual. Could not take the lug nuts off a flat tire. AAA tried & they didn’t have a socket that would work either. Stress Free Auto removed them plus I had them replaced the other lugs on the other 3 tires. Also thanks for all the other work that had to be taken care of

Needed to get my tires replaced asap and they were able to order and get it done by the next day. Very friendly and professional service. They were transparent when it came to what they were gonna do and would ask for authorization for the services you’d want done. The after report was very detailed and informative.
