Stress-Free Auto Care

This was honestly the least stressful car experience ever...as cheesy as that is to say about a place with this name. But I guess it's aptly titled. I felt like they were straightforward, spoke to me in a way that felt respectful (as a blonde lady that's rare in an auto shop setting), and gave me honest feedback… Read full review

Overall great experience with Tires Unlimited/Stress-Auto Care. I have taken several different vehicles for routine (and non-routine) maintenance over several years and always provided with honest and expected information about repairs needed. Price point does vary depending on the work being done, and that's… Read full review

Quick, thorough, honest and great customer service! I'll definitely return next time I need maintenance or have an issue

I came in two days ago in hopes to get an issue with my coolant repaired. At first I just wanted to get a feel for this business as it was my first ever visit and I found the place through an online search. I went in about an hour before closing time and there was only one other customer who was waiting to pickup… Read full review

The team was professional and very detailed. The price was right and they did not give me a hard time for not doing all the recommended services. Excellent Service and will take all my cars there going forward.

Great place for getting what your car needs one stop shop I would recommend this place to anyone who is having car trouble they have very nice and talented mechanics I wanna thank Nick especially for getting my car back on the road thank you Nick and the Stressfreeauto care team!!!!

Amazing service! So nice, friendly and super helpful! They helped me out quickly when I got a nail in my tire. They reassured me the placement of the nail could easily be patched. They sent me pictures with a full inspection. They had snacks in the waiting room which my kids really loved. My kids and I highly recommend for any car troubles or services.

This place was way overpriced he was way too much for the work that was done they misdiagnosed the car and I have to pay for their time it was a one price deal thing and I didn't get any other choices of lesser price because I know I could have got it done cheaper somewhere else but because I was stuck in the middle… Read full review

First impression upon driving up is that of a tight happy crew. The radio was playing and you could hear the guys chatting with each other while they worked. That's the kind of shop atmosphere I want to see from the road! I had an appointment with my regular guy but something happened and his shop was totally… Read full review

Friendly & fast!

Stress Free Auto Care in San Jose is my routine maintenance location.Good price and through work.

Took my. Car in with piece of mine. Everything was mostly done that was agreed apon. Minus the new curb rash on one of my wheels in front. I was pleased by the service and speed.

I have trusted the mechanics of Stress-Free Auto Care / Tires Unlimited for more than 30 years, and they are the best shop I have ever dealt with every visit. They have serviced all the vehicles I have owned, including regular inspections, routine maintenance, and oil changes, warranty work and they have provided me… Read full review

had a great experience with this shop. They fixed my car quickly and made the whole process completely stress-free. The quality of the parts and work was solid, and everything was explained clearly What really stood out was how much they went out of their way to help they even arranged and paid for an Uber so I… Read full review

Great service I really like their inspection and where everything is documented and video abd oictures regarding the issues

This has been my go-to place forever. When I started way back I thought it was just tires(great and always good price) but they do EVERYTHING, so that’s what I do. Can’t beat the customer service; always friendly, helpful, thorough, and great price.

Ali helped me get the right repair for my vehicle, and saved me money by helping me determine what I can do myself (filters)

Stress Free Auto Care: Just had my vehicles (all fluids) changed preventive maintenance completed yesterday and they were very efficient. They cost me more than I wanted to spend. But not by too much $1000 ended up paying $1180. But they did my Transmission Service, Differential, Coolant, Brakes, and Transfer Case.… Read full review

Fast and great. Everything is perfect.

I used Yelp to submit my request for from multiple local auto repair shops for a P0303 cylinder 3 misfire code. Stress Free Auto Care on Stevens Creek was the first to respond via a phone call. Spoke to Kaden while told me they were running a 50% off sale on the diagnostic fee which is normally $270. The sale… Read full review

I brought a 2020 Chevy Bolt here for a pre-purchase inspection and was really impressed with the speed and communication. They completed the inspection in just about 2 hours, which was perfect timing for me to go do some shopping nearby while I waited. The team was incredibly transparent. They found some rust and… Read full review

Have brought 2 of my XL cargo vans to get work done. So far they’ve done a very well job. I trust their work. Will be back. Thanks to the team

Great experience! They were very responsive via email when I was looking for Michelin tires that weren't available on their website. Throughput the process they were responsive via email, text and phone call. Pricing transparency is what we need more of! Oh they also offered a discount with the road hazard… Read full review

Excellent service and fair pricing - ride service was also provided!

Fast, easy and super friendly service. I felt that the price was fair and the shop was honest and upfront in the cost quoted to me. I will be returning for future service, plus I received coupons. Yay. My car is up and running great.

They have always provided a great, high-quality and transparent service. Will continue to frequent for all my care service needs.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. Friendly, professional workers. Additionally, they made an inspection of the car and showed me what else it would be desirable to do. I will definitely come back here and recommend to my friends.

This San Jose shop of Stress-Free Auto Care always gave me reliable service with reasonable price and detailed information. I got a confusing text message from the shop 2 weeks after the visit that says "...has deferred services from your last visit that were not completed, which are Cabin Air Filter." I sent an… Read full review

Very good experience on the work performed on my Camry as usual. Could not take the lug nuts off a flat tire. AAA tried & they didn’t have a socket that would work either. Stress Free Auto removed them plus I had them replaced the other lugs on the other 3 tires. Also thanks for all the other work that had to be taken care of

Professional, honest, and reliable-- would highly recommend!

Rotation completed all good now Gene was able to squeeze me in for a rotation, thanks a lot!

Fast, friendly service! I love that they proactively contacted me to schedule a tire rotation and that they have an online booking system.

Gene has done a number of things to maintain my Hyundai Elantra. He is very conscientious and communicates well. Great work!

I am happy to write a positive review for a company my husband and I have patronized for more than thirteen years. We have been very satisfied with their friendly service as well as their long-lasting, quality tires. Their prices are fair and they get the work done in the time they tell you it will take. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. They are very reliable, honest, and super easy to work with.

After a miserable experience at Costco I came to Tired unlimited and had an awesome experience. They didn’t require an appointment to get me in immediately, we’re able to fix my tire in a matter of hours and get an oil change done the same day at a very reasonable price. I won’t be going anywhere else for my auto… Read full review

I had a leak in my coolant system that they fixed it a few months back. I noticed recently the reservoir was slowly emptying. I brought it back and they fixed the leak free of charge under repair warranty. Definitely good on customer service!

This shop has got to be one of the most honest mechanic's shops I've dealt with...Even though my vehicle's issues were far more extreme than they could handle as well as take on, they were honest enough to inform me beforehand. Not like past shops that have taken on my vehicle's problems, not having a clue on what… Read full review
