Stress-Free Auto Care

I highly recommend this place! The price is cheap, the service is good, and it's open on Sundays, so it's easy to access. And I can trust you because they send to me simple inspection that needs to be replaced with photos and text messages. I will continue to use this place.

Overall great experience with Tires Unlimited/Stress-Auto Care. I have taken several different vehicles for routine (and non-routine) maintenance over several years and always provided with honest and expected information about repairs needed. Price point does vary depending on the work being done, and that's… Read full review

I have been using these guys for over 20 years. They give you the straight info with pics and let you decide what and how much to do. I highly recommend them.

Was able to get a same day appointment and fast service

I had a flat tire and needed immediate attention. Stress free was available to have my car checked for repair. The tires weren’t repairable. They found tires and ordered them for the next day. The folks in the shop sound very genuine and recommend only necessary items and try to find ways to save money. I appreciate… Read full review

Quick courteous service, very thorough, and professional

I called this morning for an estimate and the guy on the phone hung up on me when he gave me a price and I said I was shopping around. Yeah, nope! Won’t be coming back to you because of your rude service.

Great place for getting what your car needs one stop shop I would recommend this place to anyone who is having car trouble they have very nice and talented mechanics I wanna thank Nick especially for getting my car back on the road thank you Nick and the Stressfreeauto care team!!!!

It's difficult to find a mechanic you can trust, but this places has them here with great leadership. My family has been coming here for the last 20 years (back when they were located in Campbell). Awesome communication, timely, and there digital portal (to see what parts need to be fixed with pictures) is a great use of tech.

Probably won’t go again. Came in for a 9:30 oil change and alignment appointment and was told car would be ready by 11. Nearly 1:15, I call to check on the status of the car. They said they had trouble finding the keys and were gonna get started on it ASAP. Finally was able go pick up the car at 3:30.

I have been going using Tires Unlimited for 10 years, fore tire replacement, and also tire repairs (mainly nails or bolts) on 3 of my cars. They provide prompt and high quality excellent service, and I will continue to be a long time customer.

Friendly staff. They made sure to explain all of my options for what i needed and I didnt feel pressured into getting service that i didn't need.

Took my. Car in with piece of mine. Everything was mostly done that was agreed apon. Minus the new curb rash on one of my wheels in front. I was pleased by the service and speed.

Staffs understand my time constraints so they work on my car right away and provided details what needed to be done.

I have trusted the mechanics of Stress-Free Auto Care / Tires Unlimited for more than 30 years, and they are the best shop I have ever dealt with every visit. They have serviced all the vehicles I have owned, including regular inspections, routine maintenance, and oil changes, warranty work and they have provided me… Read full review

Been there 3 times 2 for regular maintenance, and one cause I had an emergency. The waiting area is decent, staff are nice. A guy named Ezreal (god I hope that’s how you spell his name) helped me with my emergency saving my SF trip I planned months ago. Will continue coming back.

Nick did an awesome job on the alignment. My Tesla is pretty difficult to align and every other place I’ve taken it to, even Tesla themselves couldn’t do as good of a job. Also shoutout to the guys who did the tires. The car drives very smooth so the balancing was also done very well.

Easy in and out service. Friendly front desk staff.

I’ve gone to Tires Unlimited for years and they have always gone above and beyond to give me good service. I have taken all 3 of my cars to them. Best in town

This is a great shop, my always go to, they are efficient, professional, and friendly; highly recommended.

The service uses the technology in a very professional way. You are able to observe what is going on as if you were staying near your car. Pictures, reports, and process steps are posted through SMS and emails during working on your car. By the way, the cost is quite reasonable so you should not miss it if you want to get a hassle-free service.

Their texting system and complimentary service check saves a ton of time. I love how they give you access to their shop cam, too. Gene and the rest of the crew are awesome and go out of their way to accommodate anything that comes up.

Fast, easy and super friendly service. I felt that the price was fair and the shop was honest and upfront in the cost quoted to me. I will be returning for future service, plus I received coupons. Yay. My car is up and running great.

Great to work with. I have been coming to Stress Free Auto Care/ Tires Unlimited for over 20 years. Always get great service and workmanship!

Very easy to setup online and the drop-off and pick was easy. Been a fan of this facility for the past few years. My cars only go to this facility for tires.

You get your expectations met. They are very professional and I recommend fot stress and hassle-free service

I had my wheel hub bearing replaced and also an all wheel drive alignment done. I dropped off my Jeep at 7:45am and it was completed by 11:30am. That is quick service and the price was not that bad, as always I am satisfied with the service. All of the mechanics seem to be very knowledgeable, I will continue my business with Stress Free Auto. Thank you.

Not many auto shops work on classic cars these days however this shop does and I will continue to bring my cars to this shop. Gene's customer service is the best!

I don't normally post that many reviews but since I been going here for years I had show some love where it's needed! Gene your customers service rocks and the service you always did for my car from the oil change/tire replacement to the other major stuff was superb!! Thanks and see you next time!

Wonderful service! I made the appointment online, quick and easy, dropped off the car that I was promised would be ready by a certain time and the car was actually ready a couple of hours before it! Absolutely my favorite place for car maintenance! Totally recommend!

Always pleasant and professional, they get the job done! Gene and all the lads are really pleasant to do business with. We've been coming here for years, and it's more affordable than the impersonal dealership. They are both efficient and calm. It makes a necessary chore pleasant! Thank you Gene!

Gene is at Stevens Creek Blvd location in San Jose and really cares about the customer...he made certain that my car was road worthy....safe and in the best condition before it left the shop. My Master Cylinder was failing....which the shop I had taken it to 1 month previous, ( to be checked out because I'm a… Read full review

I love these guys. They are quick, knowledgeable and polite.

Great people and services! Always the best !😊

Have been going to Tires Unlimited since they were nearer me in Campbell. They present options, give good advice and charge less than the dealership.

new tires

Great customer service. Did the work quickly and did a quick overall check of the car.

Wonderful...Very welcoming ,caring and most of all work was done properly..thanks guys your great!!

Extremely professional staff with crystal clear communication. All aspects of what has been checked and what needs attention are uploaded to an online portal to make decisions based on prior knowledge and research. Definitely will be coming back.

The check in process is always very quick and easy. They do a great job keeping you updated on the progress. Con - it took 1hr longer on my car, but they also started 1 hr later after I dropped it off. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.
