I highly recommend this place! The price is cheap, the service is good, and it's open on Sundays, so it's easy to access. And I can trust you because they send to me simple inspection that needs to be replaced with photos and text messages. I will continue to use this place.

I called this morning for an estimate and the guy on the phone hung up on me when he gave me a price and I said I was shopping around. Yeah, nope! Won’t be coming back to you because of your rude service.

It's difficult to find a mechanic you can trust, but this places has them here with great leadership. My family has been coming here for the last 20 years (back when they were located in Campbell). Awesome communication, timely, and there digital portal (to see what parts need to be fixed with pictures) is a great use of tech.

Probably won’t go again. Came in for a 9:30 oil change and alignment appointment and was told car would be ready by 11. Nearly 1:15, I call to check on the status of the car. They said they had trouble finding the keys and were gonna get started on it ASAP. Finally was able go pick up the car at 3:30.

I have been going using Tires Unlimited for 10 years, fore tire replacement, and also tire repairs (mainly nails or bolts) on 3 of my cars. They provide prompt and high quality excellent service, and I will continue to be a long time customer.

Took my. Car in with piece of mine. Everything was mostly done that was agreed apon. Minus the new curb rash on one of my wheels in front. I was pleased by the service and speed.

Been there 3 times 2 for regular maintenance, and one cause I had an emergency. The waiting area is decent, staff are nice. A guy named Ezreal (god I hope that’s how you spell his name) helped me with my emergency saving my SF trip I planned months ago. Will continue coming back.

Nick did an awesome job on the alignment. My Tesla is pretty difficult to align and every other place I’ve taken it to, even Tesla themselves couldn’t do as good of a job. Also shoutout to the guys who did the tires. The car drives very smooth so the balancing was also done very well.

This is a great shop, my always go to, they are efficient, professional, and friendly; highly recommended.

The service uses the technology in a very professional way. You are able to observe what is going on as if you were staying near your car. Pictures, reports, and process steps are posted through SMS and emails during working on your car. By the way, the cost is quite reasonable so you should not miss it if you want to get a hassle-free service.

Their texting system and complimentary service check saves a ton of time. I love how they give you access to their shop cam, too. Gene and the rest of the crew are awesome and go out of their way to accommodate anything that comes up.

I had my wheel hub bearing replaced and also an all wheel drive alignment done. I dropped off my Jeep at 7:45am and it was completed by 11:30am. That is quick service and the price was not that bad, as always I am satisfied with the service. All of the mechanics seem to be very knowledgeable, I will continue my business with Stress Free Auto. Not many auto shops work on classic cars these days however this shop does and I will continue to bring my cars to this shop. Gene's customer service is the best!

Wonderful service! I made the appointment online, quick and easy, dropped off the car that I was promised would be ready by a certain time and the car was actually ready a couple of hours before it! Absolutely my favorite place for car maintenance! Totally recommend!

Extremely professional staff with crystal clear communication. All aspects of what has been checked and what needs attention are uploaded to an online portal to make decisions based on prior knowledge and research. Definitely will be coming back.

The check in process is always very quick and easy. They do a great job keeping you updated on the progress. Con - it took 1hr longer on my car, but they also started 1 hr later after I dropped it off. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

Jiffy Lube told me that my rear brakes needed repair however Gene at Tires Unlimited said that my brakes were OK but that my back tires were worn and that I had a steering problem in the front of the car so Gene had my back tires replaced and the front steering mechanism replaced and had all of my wheels realigned,

The car was handling poorly. The guys correctly diagnosed some worn suspension components and incorrect toe-in. Now by comparison the Corolla feels like a veritable Maserati. Joking aside, they aren't the cheapest in town, but consistently do good honest work and get it done when promised. Well worth it.

By far the most professional tire business center I’ve been too. Prices are competitive, you get text and video updates on your vehicle being serviced, and the staff are customer oriented. Definitely recommending this place to all me friends and family.
