Noticed my joints stiff after sitting,age. Went in for the free session. Right away noticed easier to get off table and out of car when normally I need a little bit to stand up before walking. Laura was great movements stretchy but not painful, a subscription about 50 for 4 sessions. Go on once a week which is not bad. Otherwise about 89.00 a visit . They recommended 2 months for maximum benefit. Will definitely do 2 months when return since I noticed difference already. Relaxed atmosphere.

I've had a great experience at Stretch Zone on Oracle, especially working with Nick. I'm 58 years old and play competitive tennis, so keeping my body moving well is really important. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to understand what my body needs based on my activity level. I personally prefer the 60-minute session over the 30-minute session because I feel like I get more out of it. What really sets Nick apart is that he doesn't just stretch you to help with flexibility—he also shares practical stretches and recovery techniques I can do at home....not just for tennis but everyday living as I age. I've had sessions with several great stretch practitioners here, but I especially appreciate Nick's expertise, attention to detail, and personalized approach. If you're active, dealing with tight muscles, or just want to move and feel better, I highly recommend Stretch Zone and Nick.

This is my 2nd time and Damien has already started recommending different stretches. After yesterday's session I left the studio feeling very good and can feel where the work is really working. Very happy with the staff and will continue to attend and recommend.

Nick is an incredible practitioner and the ultimate professional!
