Customers frequently praise the knowledgeable and friendly staff who explain movements clearly and tailor sessions to individual needs, noting improved mobility and reduced pain. Recurring themes include the professional demeanor of practitioners and the effectiveness of the stretching services. However, some reviewers criticize the membership model for requiring 30 days' notice to cancel auto-renewals and describe instances of being turned away for minor lateness or receiving inconsistent customer service responses.
