Customers report improved mobility and reduced pain from assisted stretching services, noting that staff provide personalized attention, clear communication, and a clean environment. Recurring themes include the effectiveness of sessions for chronic conditions and the professional demeanor of the team. However, lower-rated reviews highlight issues with the credit system's expiration policies and one instance of a therapist failing to show up for an appointment.

Decided to finally give it a try. Arrived early, and my tech just never showed up for the appointment…

We apologize for that it is not how we operate our business. We do hope you will give us another chance - we have a fantastic team of trained flexologists who would love to show you the benefits of assisted stretching. We have refunded your session and invite you in for a stretch on us.

As a 74 year-old I decided I needed to stretch more… And chose Stretch Lab… I have been seeing Ava L since April… My degree of mobility has increased significantly… I am now able to touch my toes with my knees straight… Thanks to this program and Ava’s skills… I highly recommend Stretch Lab and Ava L…. if you want to be more mobile and increase your range of motion…

Ava is skilled, has patience and thoroughness. Maybe it’s her skill with dance and cheer, her assisted stretching feels perfectly choreographed and flowing. She leads you through it and it makes you feel more relaxed and in tune with the stretch. My RA recently kicked in and I feel so relaxed. 👍👍

I've been coming here and being worked on by Juwon for awhile, and I always feel a lot better after an appointment. I've got some chronic health issues I haven't totally figured out, and I don't know if my stiffness is related to them or is just general tension, but I feel stiff and uncomfortable a lot of the time, and I almost always leave a session with Juwon feeling loosened up and freer and much less tense. He's got a great intuition for finding the spots I've got problems and how to unblock them, and often bends me in elaborate ways that aren't that easy to reproduce just stretching on my own. I've had a period recently where I was busy and missing appointments, and I can feel the difference, it builds up.
