I've been using StretchLab Reynoldsburg for a little over a month now. I first learned about them through a complimentary 15-minute stretch session at SweatHouz, and I'm so glad I gave them a try. I'm currently in the middle of marathon training and had been dealing with ongoing hip and lower back pain. I was looking for anything that might help provide some relief, and StretchLab has exceeded my expectations. I've been attending one 30-minute session per week for the past 5 to 6 weeks, and I've noticed a significant reduction in both pain and stiffness. I've worked with several of the Flexologists, and every one of them has been excellent. However, I've worked with Sophia for my last three sessions, and she has been outstanding. She's incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and funny, and she always takes the time to explain what she's doing and why. I highly recommend StretchLab Reynoldsburg to anyone who is active, training for an event, recovering from soreness, or simply looking for relief from muscle pain. It's been a game changer for me during marathon training!

Sophia is great! I’ve had two stretches with her and she has helped me loosen up my muscles. I’m a referee and have wear and tear on my body. So this definitely helped me!

I have had great stretch experiences with ALL of their flexologists but I've had Sophia regularly for a month and a half. She knows my body and what it needs from week to week. Today, in particular, she did stretches in different ways to address my problem areas. She also suggested several exercises I can do weekly to assist what they do. Love my Reynoldsburg (Ohio) Stretch Lab!!

First time at StretchLab Reynoldsburg and the experience was easy from start to finish. The front desk was genuinely helpful, walked me through what to expect, and answered my questions about memberships without any pressure, which I appreciated more than I expected to. I never knew stretching could feel this amazing. Every time I leave StretchLab, I feel better than I do after a massage — I truly didn’t realize what I was missing before.
