I live part-time in Fort Lauderdale, and whenever I’m in town, I try to see Chris weekly. As an older guy, I have many of the physical issues typical of my age, and Chris, with his expert knowledge of human anatomy, knows exactly how to work out the knots in my muscles, especially in my shoulders and back. I know Chris is attuned to each client, as he always checks in with me about how I’m doing. And, since I prefer firm pressure, he never disappoints. The words in his company’s name—Strong and Gentle—perfectly describe his technique. With his physical-trainer physique, Chris is firm and powerful when needed, yet can instantly switch to a lighter touch on sensitive areas like my calves and neck. It must be his training at the Aveda Institute Massage Therapy program, but I’ve rarely come across a licensed therapist with such an intuitive and effective technique. His basic studio is cozy and clean, and the music he plays is transportive and meditative. If you like a quiet session, Chris is happy to oblige; if you prefer to converse, he’s a great storyteller as well as a wonderful listener. Do your body a favor and don’t hesitate to book a session with Chris.

After finding Chris' website and seeing all the good Google reviews, I booked a last minute appointment through his online booking portal. There was a slight hiccup with the time slot but was worth the wait. Chris is extremely professional and was able to really provide me with an excellent deep tissue massage. I will definitely be booking him for more sessions in the near future.

After 6 years I continue to utilize Chris as my go too for massages. His technique is spot on! I was having issues with my back and after one session I felt the needed relief on my lower back pain. If you haven’t tried Chris, do it once and you will be hooked.

I had a wonderful experience with my massage therapist. They were very pleasant, easy to talk to, and focused on my problem areas throughout the session. I especially appreciated their strong hands, which was exactly what I was looking for. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much better overall.
