⭐ My Experience With This Cleaning Company.
I hired this company for a post-construction deep cleaning, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service.
Before scheduling the cleaning, I spoke with the manager over FaceTime and showed her exactly what needed to be done. I explained that I only needed the empty first floor cleaned, since I had already cleaned the second floor myself.
I specifically told her that the floors needed to be thoroughly scrubbed because there were small paint stains and some markungs ftom the shoes in certain areas that needed to be removed with a sponge. Afterward, the floors needed to be properly mopped to remove all the construction dust.
I also explained that the walls needed to be wiped down with a Swiffer to remove construction dust. The windows did not need cleaning because I had already cleaned them myself. The appliances and cabinets needed to be cleaned, both inside and outside, to remove any remaining dust.
The following day, two women arrived to perform the cleaning. I even provided some of my own cleaning supplies and explained again what needed to be done.
Unfortunately, they did a very poor job.
Some cabinets were still dusty inside, the exterior of the coffee machine was not properly cleaned, the floors under water baseboards had construction dust and the stainless steel appliances had visible streaks and smears from improper polishing.
One of the cleaners was constantly talking on her phone while working, holding the mop in one hand and simply spreading water across the floors.
When I pointed out that the cleaning was not being done correctly and explained what still needed attention, she called the manager again. Shortly afterward, the manager called me and stated that the two cleaners were only supposed to spend a maximum of five and a half hours on the job. Anything they could not finish within that time would cost me extra.
When I returned home and inspected their work, I was very disappointed with the results.
I spoke with the manager over the phone and explained my concerns. During our last conversation, she told me that she would come to the house to inspect the cleaning herself. However, Monday came and went, and she never called or showed up.
I have numerous photos and videos documenting the condition of my home after their cleaning, clearly showing the poor quality of their work.
The main reason I decided to hire this company was because of their outstanding Google reviews. Seeing nothing but five-star ratings gave me confidence that I would receive exceptional service. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
After my experience, I seriously question whether those five-star reviews are genuine because the service I received was nowhere near the quality described by other customers.
I am extremely disappointed not only with the cleaning itself but also with the lack of professionalism and follow-through from management.

I did not promise to come back to inspect your home or schedule a visit for Monday. What I explained was that, under our satisfaction guarantee, you could let me know if anything had not been cleaned satisfactorily, and I would return to address it. Although we discussed concerns during the service, we received no follow-up afterward identifying what still needed attention or requesting a return visit before this review was posted. Our offer to correct any missed areas was genuine.
Our team mopped the floors six times, and we also have photos documenting the work performed. We take concerns seriously, but we do not agree with the characterization that our team made no meaningful effort to clean your home.
Our pricing reflects the labor and time required for post-construction cleaning. We understand that customers may have different expectations regarding cost, but dissatisfaction with the price does not mean the service or our other customers’ reviews are dishonest.
Finally, respectful communication is important. The tone used toward both our cleaner and management during our interactions was not acceptable. We welcome specific feedback and the opportunity to resolve concerns, but we expect our staff to be treated respectfully.

I reached out to Stunning Cleaning Service on a Monday and they came out the very next day to clean my home. They did a wonderful job and were organized, friendly and easy to work with. The place never looked cleaner. I highly recommend them.
