Definitely would use again. I had two inspections by Suarez. The first saved me from purchasing a money pit, and the second was super useful in both calming my anxieties about certain issues that might arise with the house, and helping my agent and I decide how to proceed with negotiations. The price was super reasonable, they were able to schedule within a couple of days, and were on time. They also provide a list of resources should you need to fix anything on your new home.

Christian did a thorough job with my home inspection! He arrived early, answered all my questions, and pointed out additional information during and after my inspection to help me make an informed decision on the house I put an offer on. He was also very flexible with my schedule and spoke with me on the phone and went over everything with me. It was an older 1920’s house and while it had plenty of charm and appeal it also had a few surprises I did not expect. He was unable to do a sewer scope but said I will be refunded for that. I will be continuing my home search but I had a good experience and would recommend Suarez to anyone

Have had two inspections done. Both times they were very professional and extremely thorough. A detailed report was provided after each inspection with pictures of all items inspected!

I was surprise how detail the inspection was, the personal who was in charge of the inspection was super professional and went through the hole house checking even the minor things. They called me a day before to explain me in detail how the inspection works and they even told me I was requesting a service that they in most of the cases do not recommend for the condo I was going to inspect, they could just saved that comment for them and let me just pay it but they were super professional and recommend me to save that money. Report was super detailed and well explained!

Jay was great for our inspection, he was very professional and efficient going through the house and then taking us to the areas to point out things to give us a better understanding of what he was seeing. Their website has do many ways to make the process easy, reviewing the reports and being able to find contractors needed for any or the repairs that came up all in one place makes it super convenient.
