Dennis came to our house within hours of us first reaching out, diagnosed the issue with our sub-zero fridge in minutes and clearly discussed our options for repair. He completed a temporary fix so we could continue using the fridge while he ordered the required OEM parts and returned promptly a few days later to complete the repair. Hands down the best repair experience I’ve had across any household appliance and would not hesitate to call him again when needed. Thanks!

I think we have worked with virtually every appliance repair company in the 25 years we have had our Viking range. Dennis is by far the best: prompt, friendly, and very good at what he does. He replaced the spark module, oven door hinges and oven ignitors and it works even better than when we first got it.

All I can say is wow. I called at 5:30 in the afternoon finding out my refrigerator had no power for hours when I called subzero and Viking Appliance. Dennis answered the phone quickly and stayed with me until we reset the compressor and got the refrigerator working. I can’t say enough Dennis gave great service. I will always use subzero and Viking Appliance Repair, thanks again Dennis
