Lilit did an amazing job on my nails in less than 45 minutes! The service was great, and they even offered coffee and cupcakes. Such a lovely place. Definitely recommend!

I heard so much about the infamous Russian manicure so I did some research and came across this salon. The technician was Vera. I had high expectations of a top notch manicure since it was for $60. Well I was very wrong!! I choose a dark burgundy for my polish, once she finished I didn’t think of checking her work. There wasn’t a hand massage either? When I stepped outside ready to leave I took a closer look. The two coats of polish were half way done, edges weren’t even pained and she missed the side of my nails. With hesitation I drove back. Mind you, I live in studio city and thinking this was the best place to experience the Russian manicure! I spoke with the manger/owner at front and asked her to step outside so she can see what I was talking about. She apologized and asked Vera to use another shade of burgundy and explained in their language what I had expressed. Unfortunately, the second time was just as bad. At best this is a $25 manicure or I could of done it myself! Very disappointing, just awful sloppy work and below average. I wouldn’t recommend this salon you will be very displeased! I gave it two stars only because the salon was clean.

Based on the photos, the hygienic manicure was performed well: the cuticle line is clean and even, and the polish was applied very close to the cuticle.<br><br>Regular polish follows the natural shape and texture of the nail and does not correct natural ridges or unevenness. If you are looking for a perfectly smooth, uniform nail surface, we recommend a gel or structured gel service, which is designed to create that result.<br><br>When you returned with your concerns, our manager personally spoke with you and offered to redo the polish because we genuinely wanted you to be satisfied. You left our salon smiling and satisfied.<br><br>We appreciate your positive comment about our cleanliness, as hygiene and sanitation are among our highest priorities.
