The Team at SubTropolis are easy to work with, professional, and open to providing support, when needed. The sheltered environment at SubTropolis provides peace of mind, knowing that my Travel Trailer is in good hands, out of the sun, and in moderate temperature all year around.

The staff is super helpful. Sam answered all our questions and got the paperwork all set and then led us into the maze of caves and into our parking area. He let us have some time to get things detailed a bit before we covered up my dream car and left it to sit in its new home. We've gone thru 2 storage units before this. The first one was climate controlled but got mold. The 2nd one was just a plain steel building and my car just cooked in the heat of summer. This place is exactly what I needed. The temperature and humidity are exactly what you'd want your toys to be stored in. I don't have to worry about storms, blizzards, temperatures, or UV destroying my car and the security is way better than any above ground storage garage.

Subtropolis Boat/RV storage has to be the smoothest operation in town. They are organized, efficient, perfectly priced and always friendly. You set an appointment time and they are standing by when you get there to meet your needs. I’m 3 years with them and can’t imagine storing my boat anywhere else. Outstanding crew!!
