We hired Roberto for a pre-drywall inspection on our new build in Bloomfield Hills, and I’m so glad we did. Scheduling was easy, he was responsive from the first call, and he showed up right on time and coordinated smoothly with our builder. Roberto was extremely thorough. He caught several real issues in the framing and rough-ins that we never would have noticed, and that the builder then had to fix before drywall went up — exactly the reason you get an inspection at this stage. What I appreciated most was how he explained everything: he walked us through each finding, why it mattered, and what the fix should look like, in plain language without talking down to us. The report was excellent — detailed, well organized, with clear photos of every item, and delivered quickly so we could get it to the builder right away. If you’re building a new home, don’t skip the pre-drywall inspection, and don’t hesitate to call Roberto. Certified Master Inspector, fair price, and worth every penny.
