We highly recommend Suds In The Bucket! The difference between SITB and our previous service is night and day. If you've been let down and are looking for something better, look no further! The ladies are prompt, courteous, and, most importantly, incredibly talented. Great communication, impeccable attention to detail, and no difficulties with scheduling, payment, or management. IYKYK. This review comes with mixed emotions. We loved Tina and her crew and had been using Suds In The Bucket LLC
for years because of Tina. Anyone who enters our home, whether friends or helpers, is treated like family. It’s funny; all the reviews mention the owner, Brittany, but it’s the cleaning crew that makes this business shine.
As much as we loved Tina, management is a different story. We understand people have businesses to run, but customer service is essential, too. While Suds In The Bucket LLC
consistently changed crews and required flexibility as their schedule changed, the same courtesy is not extended to clients.
You must pay hefty and ironclad fees for schedule changes (25% of cleaning fee 3 days out, 50% 2 days out, 75% 1 day out, and 100% 12 hours out). We were not clients who constantly asked for schedule changes, and it doesn’t matter if it’s your first time, an emergency, or a reschedule.
It’s important to note that you will not receive a discount or reimbursement if Suds In The Bucket LLC
changes the schedule on their end. We fully appreciate and respect the reasons these policies are in place, but courtesy extends both ways. Keeping clients is not a priority for Suds In The Bucket LLC.
Ultimately, this company follows the motto, "Do as I say, not as I do." You will get a clean home with a great crew, especially if you get Tina. However, be prepared to experience crew turnover and give schedule flexibility as Suds In The Bucket LLC
management requires without complaint.

Thank you for your review. We do appreciate you treating our team like family . Mrs Tina has been with us for many years. I agree that our wonderful ladies make our company shine . I am also one of our cleaners ( I also trained Mrs Tina when she started) . We do appreciate your flexibility when one of our ladies were out . However we were always able to still get you in the same day as your original cleaning day for your cleaning. In our Welcome packet that we send all of our clients to sign before their first cleaning it has our cancellation/reschedule policy . We have always worked with y'all when you needed to reschedule when given the correct amount of notice . We do not want to change a cancellation/reschedule fee . We would prefer to come clean . We did offer for us to come and clean the rooms that did not have something being installed in them so there was no fee but you declined. Our cancellation reschedule/policy is so the ladies do not get last minute cancellations and lose hours that they depend on to care for their family . Thank you for allowing us to serve your family. Love, love, love this company. Brittany is very professional and responsive. Her team consistently does an excellent job and is ALWAYS on time. They are friendly, trustworthy and incredibly good cleaners. Definitely recommend.
