I placed an order through a food app. The designated pickup window was between 7:30pm-8pm. I got there during the specified window and the store was closed.
This store can’t be bothered to honor its own operating hours, even though I was told to come at this time.
This feels more like someone’s baking hobby than a real business. A real business honors its order pickup commitments.

While our closure was reflected on Google, we inadvertently overlooked updating our availability on the Too Good To Go platform. We take responsibility for that oversight and understand your frustration.
Fortunately, Too Good To Go automatically issues refunds for the $5 surprise bags that cannot be fulfilled, so you should receive a refund for your purchase.

I ordered 20 cupcakes and this was the day after so the icing may look messy but they were PERFECT YESTERDAY 🩷🥰
The cupcakes were so delicious and moist, then we had the biggest tray of Peach cobbler that was devoured!
I had the opportunity to meet the owner of this business through the Pflugerville Area Democrats event - so thankful to have found an amazing local business to support - if you need a cake or any delicious desserts consider supporting Sugas they will not disappoint!!!!

I love love love the peanut butter cookies. I bake and sometimes I don’t want to and I want a really good peanut butter cookie. It has always been an epic fail for me until I walked into Suga’s. The peanut butter cookie was so good I had to walk back in and find out who done it. The strawberry cupcake is delicious and I had a taste of the peach cobbler and the butter to crust ratio was amazing. I will definitely be back.
DO NOT purchase from this business. They are absolutely disgusting, the kitchen is nasty and they DO NOT change expired ingredients, someone is going to get extremely sick from eating there. I was mortified when I saw the kitchen. She’s rude and the customer service is horrible. She’s never on time and your baked goods will arrive late. DO NOT order, I’m telling you that place is nasty filled mice and roaches.

The best cakes and cupcakes in town. I'm a repeat customer for years. And now that they serve Sunday dinner. Mac and cheese was great! Stuffed salmon was exceptional 🤤
