Customers frequently praise Summertime Deck and Dock for its professional communication, punctuality, and solid craftsmanship on docks, decks, and boathouses. Many reviewers note that the company offers reasonable pricing compared to competitors and maintains a collaborative approach throughout the project timeline. However, a small number of low-star reviews highlight a pattern of delayed responses to initial estimates and missed start dates, which some clients found frustrating despite the company's high overall rating.

We interviewed 6 companies and felt most comfortable with Robyn. His honesty and great price coupled with patience and customer service had us sold. We really appreciated how easy he was to work with and felt his passion to make us happy. We are 100% please with the project. Our dock is a solid and quality work of craftsmanship! Robyn went above and beyond on several occasions and handled any issues with true professionalism! Thank you to Robyn and all the crew who all did a terrific job and over delivered on this project! 10 stars all day! 🌟
I guess we might as well make it official - Tia is our favorite client...ever! What a fun project. Anytime the phone rings and Tia's on the other end, you never know what new adventure she's going to enlist our efforts on. Thanks for keeping me on my toes!!! The project is second-to-none and nothing less would be acceptable for our favorite client!!

Your property is awesome! It was worth all of the hard effort to transform it into your forever home. We're glad we got to be a part of the transformation. Enjoy the dock (especially now that the bats are gone!) and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or future needs! Thanks, Courtney!
Summertime owner and techs were professional, took time to anwser my questions and built both the Pergola and lakeside decking within a few weeks. The quality of the work looks really great and the cost of materials and labor were reasonable as compared to other estimates! I would definitely partner with them for future projects!
Thanks, Vicki! We're all super jealous of the calm and quiet area of the deck. Enjoy to the utmost. Tell Buddy we said hello!
Robin, Walter, Alex and their crew were outstanding. Our new Timber Tech deck was an investment we are so glad we made. We will enjoy our new outdoor living space for years to come. The workmanship is second to none, and the design is superb. Even more important, Summertime’s commitment to customer service is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Summertime Deck and Dock to anyone who wants a top quality dock or deck done right!

Thanks, Richie! It was a pleasure working with you and the rest of the Bella Terra team. This upgrade should leave residents with a worry-free solution for years to come. Bring on the warm weather!
Words cant express how happy we are that we chose the Summertime team to build our new dock- I’ll attempt it though with a few bullet points: *patient and knowledgeable during the planning. We had many conversations around the pros and cons around the design & materials and feel they led us to the perfect dock for us. *amazing, hardworking builders. They did both the demo of our old dock and the build of our new one and showed up every day with smiles on their faces and the energy to get the job done. It was a pleasure having them in our backyard *SMOOTH sailing execution. Once we got through permitting, they tore down and rebuilt our dock in a matter of 3 weeks(ish). It felt very FAST based on the size and intricacies of our new dock. There wasn’t a single ‘hiccup’. *service after the ‘sale’. The owner and his leadership team were on site throughout the project but also did a walkthrough at the end and again 3 months later. There were a few very minor tweaks which were handle quickly and without question. Tackling a dock build is a complex endeavor and a relatively big investment - I assure you, based on our experience, you can trust Summertime!
Jamie - it was awesome to get to work through things with you and Eric. We are so pleased that you guys are enjoying the dock. The backyard has really transformed with your vision! You know where to find us should ever need anything! Enjoy!
