Customers frequently praise Summit Cleaning for punctual, thorough technicians who maintain clear communication and handle standard or deep cleaning requests professionally. The business receives high marks for responsive administrative staff and consistent service quality, though some clients note the pricing is significantly higher than competitors. A recurring criticism involves scheduling inconsistencies, including missed follow-up appointments and a lack of attention to detail in specific areas, which leads to frustration despite generally positive interactions with the cleaning team.

We’ve been using this service for a while and it’s absolutely great, especially the value relative to the cost. Brady is amazing if you’re lucky enough to get him, and Jenna, Havilah, and Sean are also great.
We have Brady cleaning our place twice a month. He's always punctual and professional. He does a great job in our (often chaotic) space. The administrative staff is so responsive and easy to work with. They are all lovely.
Update 10/2026: We worked with Louisa today for the first time. She is kind, thorough, and super quick! Update 10/2024: Izzy is amazing. She is nice, understands what our apartment needs, and does an amazing job each time. I recommend her! Jennifer is the best. She is kind and thorough. She is detail-oriented and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
