I have to hand it to Summit West Contracting. They are the best Contracting company in Colorado! Not only were they the best price in town, but the quality of work I received and the communication of updates and timelines are the reason for the 5 stars. They finished my dark dungeon of an unfinished basement to an impeccable, bright living space. Not only that, they made my crazy idea of a large sauna, into a reality. John and his team at Summit West did such a great job on Our House! The materials were top-notch Siding (John Hardy Concrete)Roofing F-wave and really pulled our house together for curb appeal. He came out with suggestions for our style of house and Made suggestions to stay in our budget .John used software to update the look of house Clean, bold lines that made Our House stand out from the others for sure.
I must say🏡 We are more than proud of our warehouse. It definitely turned out to have more than just curb appeal. Paint free, worry, free hail free. Thank You Summit West Contracting for the new beautiful Timber tech Deck and Fultron Railing & James Hardie Siding. I cant believe how hard your team works from the sales team to the crews and project manager. Your communication was on point and the job site was secure and cleaned everyday after the crew left. The price was not the highest or the lowest but you get what you pay for. Worth every dollar thank you John Vigil and team. Love that I got to support a minority veteran owned business. Best siding company in Colorado.
I highly recommend this team over any bigger company out there. Everyone was pushy and did not make me and my wife feel uncomfortable.
Thanks again summit West Contracting.

Me and my Husband are so happy with John Vigil and his Team. They were so helpful in the entire process from start to finish. We were originally going to install vinyl siding but we found out about all the cons of doing that. John explained the pros of installing James Hardie Siding he was so knowledgeable about sidings.
He did a whole exterior inspection and he found a lot of problems with my roof.we decided to replace the roof as well with GAF shingles. Summit West started with the siding and did the roof install and finished off with gutters. The house looks great and we are happy. They even added insulation to the walls which I notice a difference in our energy bill and noise reduction. Thanks John Vigil and summit west glad we went with your team. Supporting a Veteran owned small business made us feel good. I will refer you too everyone.
Thank You
