We have tried to reach the owner by email, texts, and phonecalls for over two months in regards to concerns we've had regarding the service we contracted with him. He hasn't responded to any of our inquiries and we've never seen a technician or even were told when they were coming. I've done everything he instructed me to do regarding my lawn to no avail. The weeds are as bad as they were before the service began. There has been very little new growth even though the contract indicated a treatment schedule which includes weed control and fertilizer. I feel like I spent a lot of money for minimal results. If he would have been professional and returned my texts/calls perhaps this review may not have been generated, but that is on his shoulders, not mine...

Chris responded to my inquiries for a quote really quick! He even got me scheduled for the next day once I approved the invoice. He showed me before and after photos and was friendly through the entire exchange. Will definitely use their service again
Chris and his team are reliable and professional. I never had a single problem with communication or quality of their work. We needed help with the yard of our rental home and they always did an amazing job.
From the first phone call to the completion of the service, Chris and his team didn’t skip a beat. Chris came to my home took a look at the yard and gave me an exception price for their services. Scheduled me for the following week , they showed up and in less than two hours completed a rain fed, rock landscape, weed invaded back and front yard. My home feels like home again. So happy I looked them up and found Sun City Lawn Care. They will become my home caretakers going forward.
Had them for over a month and my lawn got worse; communicating with Chris was like pulling teeth, unfortunately. I had to keep reaching out as he was not forthcoming in what I could expect and when - very frustrating - I do not recommend them.

They did a fantastic job. Chris Rodriguez and his crew were thorough and professional. It's a plus that he's an Eastwood High School graduate, even though my wife and kids are all from El Paso High School. His communication skills are first rate, and he offered great advice about two of our suffering oleanders. He gets five stars on all levels of service.
Appreciated the professionalism and commitment to staying on schedule. In addition also appreciated Chris’s passion for landscaping and knowledge the guys a true professional.
