I recently visited Sun Ray Garment Care for the first time to have a heavily soiled North Face jacket professionally cleaned. Given the severity of the stains, I was skeptical that they could be fully removed, but after a week, I was thoroughly impressed with the results. I brought my wedding dress to Sun Ray to have it dry cleaned and preserved and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I got married in 2021 and kept putting off getting it cleaned and preserved. Mostly because I didn’t see many reviews for local cleaners who do preservation and I was afraid of it getting messed up! So I am extremely satisfied and happy to have found Simon and Sun Ray cleaners. They did a fantastic job. Most of the dirtiness was apparent at the bottom of the dress on the inside from being dragged on the floor as I walked around, but even after waiting 5 years to bring it in, they were able to clean it up completely. I appreciate that they were communicative every step of the way. They sent me pictures of my dress after cleaning was completed and prior to doing the preservation process. The wedding dress is preserved in a box that has a window that you could see the dress through. And there is a flap that covers the window to protect it from light. Additionally the preserved box is encased in an outer box, which is wrapped in plastic. The first time i opened the outer flap to view my dress, i was stunned and emotional. It looked absolutely gorgeous and brand new. I immediately knew I made the right decision bringing it to Sun Ray! I would definitely recommend getting your dress preserved here!

I came in town for my daughter’s wedding and I had services done to both my daughter’s dress and myself with someone else and they ruin our dresses. My daughter’s wedding day was almost ruined but they not only fixed the dresses completely but they made it to where it didn’t ruin such a special day. It was so last minute and almost impossible but they made it they business to get in done at time that was requested. I cried with so many emotions . It was so special it meant so much to me. It was very affordable. I love this company and I will never forget how much they cared to make sure that our day wasn’t ruined.

My daughter needed to get 3 pairs of pants hemmed for a school trip to Philly. Naturally we waited until the last moment to find someone. So glad we found Sun Ray! They called us back right away and it was done quickly and amazing. Will definitely come again but we'll be sure not to wait until the last second.

The stitching on the strap of my motorcycle glove started to tear (see pic). I wanted to see if I could salvage these instead of buying new gloves, so I reached out to Sun Ray Garment Care. The front desk was polite and clear. He mentioned sometimes it's hard to work on gloves, depending on the type of damage, because there is limited space. I came in person so they can do their evaluation, and they said they could fix my glove. I told them that I don't need my glove fixed any time soon and they could put my glove as a low priority. They fixed my glove less than a week and I am satisfied with the results (see pic). Fits just like a glove (pun intended).

I cannot express how impressed I was with Sun Ray. I was greeted with politeness and a smile, much like I had been a regular client and not a first time walk in. They managed to remove stains from my blazer and had it done for me faster than estimated. This was a wonderful experience and they truly embody a level of customer service that is becoming rare.
