Debbie did an amazing job for us by performing the most detailed and thorough home inspection that a buyer could ask for. Unfortunately, the home that was inspected had numerous issues that we as potential home buyer would never have uncovered. Debbie saved us from making a very serious mistake that could have cost us thousands. I rate Debbie a 10/10 and highly recommend her services to every serious homebuyer!

Many buyer go for the lowest cost inspector and that means less time there and less time looking
After experiencing concerns with the job done on replacing our roof/shingles, we felt the need to have it inspected by a professional. We made the right decision in contacting Debbie with Sunbird. She did an excellent job in detailing areas of concern & what needed to be done to remedy them. It was money well spent & we would absolutely recommend her to friends & family!
Sunbird Home Inspections provided a timely inspection of a perspective home that I am looking to purchase. I was present for the entire inspection and the inspector was professional throughout. The report was also thorough and timely.

Dear John and Judy, I really enjoyed meeting you, and if you have any more questions, please call me especially if someone says you need something that I did not bring up Joanne inspection or the next few years
Contacted Debbie because of a chemical smell permeating my home. She was very helpful in trying to identify the source and gathering information for appropriate testing.
Debbie is very knowledgeable, personable and responds in a timely manner. Will definitely use her services for any home related issues in the future.

VOC testing for unknown sources and unidentifiable smells is the next step after all other options have been eliminated.

Not knowing who to get for my Home Inspection I got lucky. The service was excellent and my Inspection agent Debbie showed up on time. As my Insurance rate has doubled the last two years. It was at the point my escrow was more than my house. After a complete Inspection i was able to apply and get an Insurance policy concededly lower than that of the company I had used for many years. My overall Mortgage payment dropped 500 dollars. That was a great blessing for someone that is retired . Thank you Sunbird.
