Great experience everything was done on time as promised.

We recently purchased a home in this area and had a very short amount of time in which to get window coverings ordered. Kimball came out the very next day- on a Saturday!- to take the measurements. That was so appreciated. The shutters arrived before the expected date and Moses did a fantastic job installing. We had one difficult wall but he managed to get them installed without any problems. The shutters look great and we could not be happier.

When we first purchased our home we decided to add additional shutters to our home. Kimball was prompt and professional getting us what we needed like we were old friends. Since then I’ve been able to call on him for random things like preparing a blind that broke from child’s play in my home and later for replacement magnets which he personally dropped on my doorstep at no cost to me. Sunburst Shutters were very professional as well as personal. The representative, Kenny Nash, addressed my needs as I laid them out. I have been dreaming of having shutters in my home for years and they were never attainable for one reason or another. Kenny made it possible for me to move forward at this time. I had several quotes and estimates before choosing Sunburst. They made me feel my hopes and dreams could be accomplished within my timeframe and budget. Which was important. The price was fair as Kenny tried to work within my budget. That was so important. He did that without making me feel cheap! My product has not been delivered and installed yet so I’m waiting with bated breath to meet my date. Thus far they have exceeded the other companies I spoke with in many areas. Btw: The rep who came out to measure was pleasant and knowledgeable as well. I will be recommending them freely upon completion, I’m sure.
