Customers frequently praise the store's wide variety of unique gifts, plants, and local food items, noting that staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Shoppers appreciate the reasonable pricing and the availability of fresh produce, baked goods, and seasonal merchandise. However, a recurring criticism in low-star reviews involves the short lifespan of purchased floral arrangements, with customers reporting that expensive bouquets wilted or deteriorated within a day of purchase.
