Our solar company went out of business not long after our install. We had so many questions and no one to answer them I called JB and he came to our home and inspected our system, answered all of our questions, and set up and explained a monitoring system. We feel better knowing we have a "go to guy" who is very knowledgeable and spent the time needed to explain everything.

Thank you Teresa for your review and for choosing Sunpath Solar! Happy to help!
JB has come to my rescue multiple times! My solar has been giving us trouble since it was installed and our original installer continued to disappear or claimed they fixed it but never did. JB was recommended by my neighbor and he came and found several electrical issues that my original installer did not install correctly in my attic and put my house at risk for fire. JB showed me pictures and did the repairs and my solar has been doing better ever since!

Another instance where my batteries started to swell and they were still under warranty. After going in circles with LG to get replacement batteries, they finally show up and LG didn't have anyone who could install my batteries. I demanded that they used JB because my utility bill was higher and it was going on 3 months and they finally agreed. JB got the certification needed to satisfy LG and swapped out my batteries within 2 weeks.

I am so glad to find a good installer who doesn't disappear! With so many terrible ones out there, Sunpath Solar actually knows what they are doing! JB has come through everytime and my system works great after he fixes it the first time!

Thank you so much for the awesome review! It was my pleasure to assist!
JB is a great troubleshooter and fixer of solar systems. We had a solar hot water system that leaked and we could not contact the original installer. We found JB with Sunpath Solar LLC based in Jacksonville and he came and diagnosed the problem, recommended the fix and then procured all the parts and installed them. Now the hot water system works better than it ever did before!
We casually mentioned that the solar array on the roof had one problem panel, but we had been told by the installer that it was producing power, just not reporting the amount. JD questioned whether that was possible and did some more troubleshooting with switching around the optimizer and ultimately the problem panel, and discovered that the panel itself was bad, not the optimizer. He obtained a replacement panel for us and now all 42 panels are humming away in the sun.
I wish we knew JB back then when we were installing the systems, we would have preferred him doing the installs. He’s responsive, capable, reasonably priced, a great troubleshooter and trustworthy. If you need some work on your solar system or are thinking about a new system, call JB at Sunpath Solar LLC.
Sunpath Solar is the go to for all of your solar needs, from the initial call until finishing the project, JB has been honest and upfront with costs and what would be needed to maximize the efficiency of our unit. He is also dependable and reliable. Work was done in a efficient manner and on time. After completion there was no sign he was even there, very tidy and professional company.
Sunpath Solar LLC is a reliable company. They diagnose the issue i was having, and went above and beyond, contacted Solar Edge Warranty and ordered the part which was a solar inverter which arrived at a timely manner.
Mr. Engle arrived at the time he stated he would be at my house. He was very perfessional, has great communication skills and displayed great workmanship. We are extremely happy he got our solar system up and running.

I have an 11 year old solar system that needed to be repaired. After making many phone calls looking for someone willing to look at my system, JB came highly recommended. He did an amazing job diagnosing the problem and repairing it for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend JB and SunPath for all of your solar needs. He is trustworthy and extremely reliable. Thanks JB!

Hi Pasha. I’m a solar contractor. While I do appreciate 5 star reviews, I think you have the wrong google review address. I don’t offer lodging. Have a good day :)
