Our crazy girl Dulce enjoyed her stay at Sunrise Kennels. She must’ve had so much fun as she slept the whole way home lol.

Highly recommend! They take excellent care of your pet, and they are very kind and compassionate people. I always had great peace of mind when I was away, knowing that the friendly staff at Sunrise Kennels was taking good care of my dog!

Excellent and friendly service. The reception team reduces the stress of boarding the doggo and conducts thorough dropoff, making sure all aspects of care are addressed. Kennel team coordinates with neighboring daycare facilities for extra activities on request. Doggo gets a bath on his last day, too!! 🧼 🐕

Unfortunately our girl came home wounded from this groomer. The vet verified that she was cut by a blade and showed us the skin flap. However despite two calls there has been no accountability. In fact, the groomer Candace has been nothing but defensive and insisted that our dog showed up for grooming with a blade cut on her leg. Sage ran from the couch to the car and then to the groomer but this business is trying to convince me that she was cut en route by a blade or something blade-like. The only blades around Sage were at the groomer. I don't mind mistakes. I don't like lies. This cut was not there before our dog Sage was in the bath. I'm disappointed in this business. These people were trusted with my pet and they hurt her and continue to lie about it. Edit: My senior mother does not feel safe talking on the phone while driving and has been treated poorly by this business. Candace talked over both of us and you can see that the owner blames customers when something goes wrong at his business. Edit: there has been no outreach about the vet visit. We go to Village Center Vet

Your dog came into our grooming facility wounded on its leg. Infact? Candace called you withing 5 minutes of you dropping your dog off to inform you that it had an injury. We had just put the dog into the bathing tub to bathe it. We had NOT touched a blade or scissors to the dog as a bath process to get the dog clean is our first procedure. Candace has reached out to you several times to inquire as to who your vet is and follow up with the cut. You told her your vet said it was a cut from a blade. Which could also be a cut from some other source. You told her you didn't have time to talk to her or even disclose any other information about the injury. You were driving? We know we didn't cause the injury......so this means the injury had to occur somewhere between your care and admittance to the grooming room. If you would like to disclose who the veterinarian is ? I will be more than happy to contact them and discuss the cause. Candace was defensive with you because of your lack of cooperation with information. Again, we did not cause this injury but immediately called you to notify of its cut.

Our timid and very shy (but very sweet) dog Aspen has boarded with Sunrise five times now. The staff here is very kind and thoughtful, taking the time to sit with her and make her feel more comfortable. While we never like leaving our dog, we feel comfortable leaving her here when we go out of town!
