Relaxed environment and very welcoming people. Regardless of your skill level, the staff is supportive and strives to help you practice in a constructive and safe manner. I have already experienced Increased flexibility, which has made certain things that I do easier.
It was hard to start yoga as an 82-year-old, but Sunrise Yoga has provided a welcoming and supportive environment where all ages can comfortably strengthen balance, mobility, endurance and perspective.

Sunrise Yoga is truly life-changing! Every class leaves me feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally. The instructors are knowledgeable, highly skilled, and incredibly motivating. What really sets Sunrise Yoga apart is its welcoming atmosphere and genuine sense of community. I’ve never experienced anything quite like it at another studio. It’s so much more than a yoga studio; it’s a place where you feel supported, inspired, and connected. I can’t recommend Sunrise Yoga highly enough!

This studio is a wonderful place to practice: it's accommodating to beginners and advanced yogis. The community atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. They take yoga seriously here, but not themselves.

I feel so blessed to have found the community at Sunrise Yoga. The teachers are all very well trained and able to accommodate any level of expertise with care and compassion. It is supportive for both body and soul. It is a true ‘family’.

Valerie is a pro all the way! Every session is different and provides lovely challenges. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. It is exercise that I actually look forward to and want to attend, rather than it being a chore to attend. We are so lucky to have this outstanding studio in Clemmons!

As a long time, Sunrise Yoga student, I find that when I walk into the studio it’s like walking into my second home and I can feel my shoulders relax. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, with knowledgeable and helpful teachers. Studying yoga provides pathways to grow and find peace and balance. It is not only stretching you body but also calming your mind and finding more balance in your life. To anyone who doesn’t think they can do yoga I challenge you to take one class … I guarantee you will be hooked. Walk in stressed and leave feeling relaxed, grounded and less stressed … doesn’t that sound wonderful.

I’ve been practicing yoga for a little over a year at Sunrise Yoga. I have met so many wonderful people, both students and teachers! My balance is much better than when I started, and I am getting stronger. All pluses when you’re over 65! I highly recommend Sunrise!!

I am so glad that I discovered Sunrise Yoga! I was a non believer slated for 5 discs to be fused. My wife and her friend, Cathy Howell convinced me to attend a free session. No surgery and feeling great with no pain. Small, personal classes with trained instructors who care, listen and modify your yoga experience. THANKS!
