Review from Google · view on GooglePoor customer service and misinforms customers! I brought in my vehicle to get an inspection, their inspections are very vague and does not give the full details. All their wordings are either that is the “possible issue” or “likely caused issue”. They performed services on my vehicle that did not resolve the issue and eventually gave up. Probably parts replacers with no clue what they’re doing. They do not know how to accurate diagnose nor find out what the true problem is. After bringing it into another shop that specializes in my vehicle, I was able to get an accurate verified answer and the problem was fixed. Small issues they can probably handle but bigger ones, I would get a second opinion prior to doing anything. I will not be coming back.

I came in with a tire pressure issue, and he took the time to check everything, refill my tires, and help me figure out what was going on. He even recommended a wheel shop for the next step instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and he didn’t charge me a thing. It’s rare to find people this honest, trustworthy, and genuinely kind. You can tell they run a great business that puts customers first. I’ll definitely be coming back for any auto work I need. Highly recommend!

Review from Google · view on GoogleI’ve had a both routine maintenance and some unexpected repairs done at Sunset Auto Care. I don’t normally leave reviews but this place deserves one. They are always friendly, honest, and efficient. Particularly Isaiah has gone above and beyond to help me, even after I accidentally missed the morning drop-off window. I’d recommend this place to anyone. They have even turned me away telling me I can get 5-10K more miles before changing my brakes - if that doesn’t tell you what kind of business they run, I don’t know what will!
