Customers frequently highlight the company's punctuality, transparent pricing, and thorough cleaning results for carpets, rugs, and tile. Recurring themes include professional communication, efficient scheduling, and effective removal of pet stains and grime. One low-star review noted a discrepancy between the online booking price and the final charge for a large sectional, though the owner addressed all customer feedback.

Super easy to book with, transparent with their prices. I have older dogs with a lot of accidents, we went over the spots that I was most concerned about. They took their time
And did not rush and did an amazing job.

Thank you, Callie! Accidents come with the territory when you love older dogs ❤️ We’re happy we could help and appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review!
We have used Sunshine Carpet Cleaning for about 2 years now. We have always loved how clean the carpets have come out and how they always looked like brand new carpet. We recently had a poor experience with Michael cleaning our 2 most recent apartments for us and when Chase found out we were not happy with the results he immediately rescheduled us and came back out himself to clean them the right way. This company is an honest company and truly cares about their clients being happy. THANK YOU, CHASE!

I can’t tell you how AWESOME this carpet and tile cleaner is! He went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. He was extremely kind, personable and considerate as well. He was 20 minutes early and very eager to make sure I was pleased. My carpets look AMAZING! I will absolutely use Sunshine again in the future and very highly recommend. Don’t bother using anyone else……!

We hired Sunshine Carpet and Tile Cleaning to come clean our carpet. We have 2 dogs and 2 small kids, so the carpet gets quite the beating. Michael came out and did such a great job and was so thorough. Definitely will hire again!
