They came when they said they would, had a very fair price, they were hard workers, respectful, didn't play any games, performed a very competent job and were fast, and most importantly brought a "can do" attitude to tha table when i asked for a few specific things. They stayed on budget, I got exactly what I wanted and it's better than I imagined. Friendly crew, done in 1 day and they cleaned up everything. Scott Angel was professional and easy to work with.

Review from Google · view on GoogleSunstate is not standing behind their workmanship as they stated. Starting from the beginning they did not do the quality jobs. They shorted the electrical wires while they were drilling the stucco wall to install the patio cover ledgers. Because they did not want to spend time using wire sensors inside the walls before drilling. This is a permanent damage and the only way to go around to this was to install external electrical conduit to tap the different power line. It is very unattractive but I did not have any other choices. Then about 1 month after the completion of patio cover installation and full payment, there were leaks from the gutters. I had contacted Scott Angel, their GM (could be the owner too) sending pictures of the problems via emails, phone calls, voicemails, and text messages. He had never returned my emails/calls/texts. He completely ignored me. And it has been over 6 months already. So, I think I have given them enough time to work with me. I would strongly warn everyone if you would think of doing business with them. They do not guarantee 100% of their workmanship as they advertised. They are very nice to you in the beginning until they got your money.
