Brad Cormac and his team did a complete renovation for our pool, decking, tile, etc and it is beautiful. We could not be more pleased. We highly recommend them. Timely, good follow through and skilled craftsman.
We could not be happier with the experience and result of working with Sunstone Pools. They did a fantastic job of turning our yard into what all of our friends and family call an oasis and a resort. Their team on contractors, communication, and result are all 5/5.We interviewed 5 pool. companies and we are so glad that we chose Sunstone. They excelled in their design process, and that was a great indication to us they they were the professionals that we had to hire. This pool was completed in may of 2024. I wanted to wait a year to write this review and am happy to report that we have has zero issues with our pool since it was completed.
Waited a whole Year to do this review on purpose! This company is Extremely Experienced and Professional. Had a few minor issues which is expected for a big project like this. But they are there for you after the Sale 100%. Small advise wait until the finished product before you complain. Finished product will look just like this. Perfect! Thank you Sunstone and Team! Incredible experience working with Brad and his crew! This was our second outdoor project with Sunstone and from concept to finish, the job was done to a level that was outstanding. Sunstone just finished putting in our new pool, and we are very happy. The owner, Brad Cormack, was great to work with and extremely knowledgeable. The company was very attentive to the little issues that always pop up on projects like this and were very quick to resolve. In early 2014 Sunstone Pools and Outdoor Living completed a renovation of our backyard and pool. Another company was responsible for laying the travertine pavers/deck. Recently we noticed that a number of the travertine pavers had shifted, including a number around the perimeter of the deck. Some also had cracked. Because of Sunstone’s previous excellent work, we contacted Brad for advice. He soon had an awesome team of workers on the job, lifting the old pavers, leveling, and installing new pavers in appropriate areas. They also shored up the perimeter of the deck, inserting rebar so that the shifting would not occur again. We are grateful for the excellent team of workers and the professional job done in a very timely manner. We are very satisfied with the total experience and highly recommend Sunstone Pools and Outdoor Living.

Thank you, Sunstone, for an amazing summer! Shortly after purchasing our home, we met with Brad at Sunstone, to discuss the pool remodel. This included the tile, plaster, and coping of the pool, as well as the retaining wall and decking. The old retaining wall was crumbling due to tree roots and poor/no maintenance, and the decking pavers were an unsightly tripping hazard. We got a very clear bid and project timeline, with an explanation on every line item. As we planned everything out, the team at Sunstone was incredibly helpful, since this was our first pool remodel - what are need-to-haves vs nice-to-haves, what holds up better than other things, how to make the pool water look a certain way, etc. The project kicked off, and we knew exactly what phase we were at, when it would be completed, and where we were with the draw schedule, at each phase. After the project completed on time, we had an amazing backyard paradise, and no regrets about choosing Sunstone to handle the project. How often do you get to say that? We highly recommend Sunstone for all aspects of your pool remodel and outdoor living spaces.
