I had a really great experience working with Superior Blinds and More, especially Eric. He was super easy to work with from start to finish, very down to earth, responsive, and really knows his stuff.
We were in the middle of a remodel, and Eric helped guide us to the right materials and size wedding needed. He made the whole process feel simple and stress-free, which I really appreciated.
Everything showed up on time and came out exactly how we hoped. Overall, just a smooth experience.
I’ll definitely be using them again and would 100% recommend Eric to anyone who needs blinds or window treatments
Our dealings with Superior Blinds, spanning two homes, have been consistently positive, thanks largely to Eric, the owner. He embodies the qualities of reliability and expertise, providing sound advice on products that best meet our specific needs. His integrity is highlighted by instances where he has prioritized our interests, such as recommending a non-motorized blind when a motorized option would have been more profitable. The service Superior Blinds offers is comprehensive, covering sales, installation, and after-sales support with equal diligence. Eric's accessibility and willingness to address any issues, including those related to products purchased elsewhere, underscore his commitment to customer satisfaction. In an era where such service is all too rare, Superior Blinds and Eric stand out. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, fair pricing, and most importantly, their dedication to delivering the best outcomes for their clients.
I recently needed to replace the blinds in my kitchen, and working with Eric at Superior Blinds was the best decision I could have made. From the first conversation he was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The pricing was fair, the quality was excellent, and the entire process was easy and stress free. After dealing with other window treatment companies in the past, this experience stood out in the best way. Support local whenever you can because Superior Blinds shows why it matters.
Same day quote at my retail store in Torrance. Lots of samples brought onsite. Gave me great suggestion on product options. Install quick, turnaround fast and fair price. Highly recommend!
Eric the owner was terrific . His workmanship is awesome and everything he measured came out perfect. He also makes great suggestions on how to handle the details. He delivered the job on time and was fast during installation . Thanks Eric !!!
Eric just finished installing blinds for my elderly parents (late 80's/early 90's). He was very patient and meticulous making sure they ended up with exactly what they wanted. My mom changed her mind a day later regarding a length and he came back promptly to confirm the change in-person (very important for my mom). The blinds were installed beautifully and everyone is happy. Excellent service, polite, professional and good communication. Thank you, Eric. You made this easy for everyone. Reasonable prices, excellent quality, excellent service.
We had superior blinds install blinds for us in multiple rooms in our house, and they did a fantastic job. Six years later one of the blinds broke and I called Eric to come take a look at it. Not only did he come over and fix it, but he didn’t charge us anything for doing so. Extremely professional and pleasant guy. Two thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼
Mrs Henry, I was searching for a blind repair company and I came across Superior Blinds in Long Beach. Eric was very helpful with the chain repair I needed. He was amazingly kind. A man of his word. "Trustworthy". Thank you, Eric.
Love my white Roller shades! I had all 8 windows installed: 3bd with blackout shades and 3 kitchen windows, 1 sliding glass door and 1 large side window all with light filtering. Eric was professional, flexible and installation was fast! Total cost was $2300. Comparable price and good quality. Highly recommend.
