Customers frequently praise the installation speed, professional demeanor of crews, and clear communication throughout the project. Recurring themes include reasonable pricing and efficient completion of privacy and wrought iron fences. However, low-star reviews highlight significant delays between the quoted schedule and actual installation dates, along with concerns about post-installation support and material durability.

Superior Fence and Rails is outstanding! Justin and the customer service team have been absolutely the best of the best. I needed a privacy fence for my yard (which is not small) and they were there every step of the way. No project is without issues, but with Justin any issue was resolved with highest degree of professionalism and care. My backyard is completely transformed as a result and I could not be happier. I recommend Superior fencing and rail over anyone else.

A superior fence indeed!!! A cheaper quote than the first company and even better quality options available! Swift installation and held true to their word. Justin, Humberto and Dayron got it all together and up and Shawn set me up with a superb quote. I would use them again and again! Doggo approval also granted
I love my new privacy fence in my backyard and black aluminum fence in the front yard. I’ve already gotten multiple compliments from my neighbors on how great it looks.
The installation team did a great job and completed the entire project in two days.

The crew that installed my fence were extremely nice and polite. They showed up on time and worked efficiently. They also communicated everything about the warranty and the things to know about the installation. I will be recommending them to anyone else.

Superior Fence & Rail did a fantastic job with our fence install from start to finish. They were very communicative and clear about the process. The team that came out was friendly and efficient. They did a great job and made us feel confident about the work. The price was very reasonable as well. It turned out exactly how we hoped and would gladly use them again.

We're absolutely thrilled that you were pleased with our communication, friendly team, efficient installation, and reasonable pricing. We’re glad your fence turned out exactly as hoped!
We had recently completed a big backyard project which required removing part of our privacy fence and gate. Those could not be re-used. We contacted Superior to advise on what they could do to replace the removed panels and gate. They responded quickly by sending out Kenny. Kenny was very helpful and knowledgeable and got us going on replacement at a very reasonable price.
Rudy (and his crew) installed what we needed quickly and professionally. Justin came out that same day to introduce himself and let me know they really care about our experience and their customers being satisfied with the results. They even noticed some existing posts that were a little flimsy. Justin informed us that they would take care of those at no charge! Talk about wonderful customer service!! A few days later, that was taken care of! We also wanted an additional drop rod on the gate. Justin took care of that quickly also at no charge.
Talk about an excellent customer service experience and "Superior" results, that was it in spades!!!
I would highly recommend Superior for all your fencing needs!
