Customers frequently highlight professional installation, punctuality, and clear communication for vinyl, wood, and chain-link fences. Positive reviews note efficient scheduling and helpful customer service for repairs and replacements. However, recurring criticisms involve uneven or defective installations, such as misaligned gates and unlevel posts. Some clients reported that the company refused to correct quality control issues or caused significant damage to utility lines during installation.

Chris & Gabe were great! Had a little misalignment in a double gate and they adjusted it and got it working properly again. Both of them were very professional and courteous. Andrew came back and did some repair from some factory defect material and it looks fantastic.

We appreciate the review, Steve. Thank you for contacting Superior Fence & Rail!
I originally had Superior come out to build my original fence a couple years ago, they did great. I needed to change my fence footprint for another job so called up this company to remove and build me a new smaller section of the fence. They sent one guy to build the entire fence and he ended up making 5 total trips. Thank goodness I was there when he first showed up as he didn’t understand the plans he was given. Then after stating he understood what I was asking, he proceeded to build a standalone fence that doesn’t connect to my existing fence but stands beside it. Then he built a gate that didn’t close with the braces on the outside of the fence .. which I had never seen which resulted in two more trips. Never once did I hear from the office or anyone offer to check that the fence was built the way I wanted or to my satisfaction, the office manager just keeps pushing the final invoice for me to pay. I had to manage their employee through this process and no involvement from the company made this experience feel like a mom and pop fence company, which I could have used anyway for the smaller job just thought they would handle differently as a repeat customer. Long story short, if you have a smaller fence job you are better off going somewhere else. I never write reviews and still took time to do this one. I’m going to pay my invoice today and never work through this company again. I have their employee on speed dial based on how much I had to clarify on their behalf.

We are sorry you experienced frustration with the process. We did have two people scheduled for your job, but unfortunately our long term employee passed away unexpectantly. This is no excuse for the frustration you experienced and we apologize for the inconvenience.

We are happy to hear you had a great experience with Gabriel and the team, Kimberly. We appreciate the great review. Thank you for contacting Superior Fence & Rail for your fencing needs!
The gate is clearly defective: it droops on one side, sits uneven, and the top does not match the rest of the fence as specifically requested.
Despite being shown the problems, the company has only offered excuses, claimed I signed a contract (I did not), and refused to correct the work. This is unacceptable.
Edit: Are you suggesting that this was not done by your company? Or that you are not responsible for the outcome because it was paid for by the third party that damaged it in the first place?
