Customers consistently praise the professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication provided by the installation crews. Reviews highlight efficient scheduling, thorough pre-installation walkthroughs, and the ability to handle various fence types, including vinyl and chain link. One customer noted initial communication challenges and high labor costs compared to DIY options, though the final product quality was still well-received.

I'm always hesitant to hire anyone to work on my house as it's a roll of the dice who you're going to get, but this time I lucked out. I had a fence that had been built by another company and was rotting out entirely too soon due to truly pathetic construction (a fairly typical experience with contractors sadly), and hired Superior to replace it for me.
Chad was great to work with up front and his crew was outstanding. Very polite and actually fun to chat with, but more importantly, they cared about their work. Jeremy, the lead, was a true professional and made sure they did a top quality job. I'm confident this fence will last many, many years as it should.
Not the cheapest, but a fair price and sometimes you truly do get what you pay for - thanks! I would recommend them without hesitation. In fact, if they did more than fences, I'd gladly hire them again to work on a couple of other projects I have.

They were awesome. Chad gave me an estimate and explained the whole process to me. The 3 installers met with me the day prior to installation to make sure I got what I wanted. They came to install the next day. They were so efficient and nice and patiently answered my questions. I love the fence and the whole process went so smoothly. I would recommend Superior to anyone who needs new fencing.

The crew was professional and efficient. They did a walk through with me at the start of the installation to confirm project details. During the work, they asked for my input and listened to what I had to say when a minor deviation from original specifications was required. They finished the job in a reasonable time and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

They were able to get a special order product for my project. The communication was good during the process, as parts were ordered, and when the work was scheduled. The owner even visited at two different times to meet with an electrician beforehand and during installation to ensure proper steps were taken. The young men installing the fence were experienced and courteous and cared about getting it just right. They were careful on my property while doing the work, and cleaned up the site afterwards. I got a call the next day from the owner to follow up. I would highly recommend them.
