Terrible services. New management. Loved the previous owners. This? We were not aware this was new owners until we came to the groomers and saw for ourself. THEY BUTCHERED MY BABIES 😭 I am so upset. I would LOVE my money back. Ears were not cleaned. Bald spots. Their head was still long. Stomach not shaved down. Tail still long. Everything awful. See for yourself the photo of my sweet baby. Don’t waste your time please take your babies elsewhere!

This was my first time coming here as I used to go to Pet’s Paradise which recently closed, but getting my dog groomed here was a very positive experience. I feel like this was a definite upgrade. The staff was really friendly, my dog looked show worthy afterward! Will be coming back for a long time.

I've gone here a few times in the past, but then we started having our dog groomed mobily. With everything getting so expensive, we are now back to Superior. It looks like there's been a change of hands, but staff looks familiar and shop looks a little cleaned up. Prices are the same and they did a good job on our golden doodle, who at eight, can still be rambunctious. Posting a picture of said rambunctiousness. Will update post before with before and after next time I have her groomed.

Wonderful groomers! Cuts are great and my dogs are always really happy after their grooming. I’ve taken one of my dogs to another groomer in town and he was extremely traumatized afterwards. Not an issue here. Also love that they are in the neighborhood and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg! Very reasonably priced.
Always professional and polite. Gertie loves going to see the groomers.
I have two senior dogs with long double coats. The groomer did a bath and feet/sani trim. She is really fast, does a great job, and my dogs don't seem super stressed after leaving (they usually are after leaving other groomers).

I 100% for sure visited your business. Your business is located in the same shopping center as the Grocery Outlet store. I was a regular customer but NOT ANYMORE! pets are treated with care, patience, and respect at all times??? Your review history shows a history of being aggressive, mean and unfriendly to pets. There are alot of pet groomers in Sacramento. I already found a new and better pet groomer. TREAT PETS AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS AND YOU WONT HAVE TO RESPOND TO REVIEWS.
