Customers rate Superior Vents highly for dryer vent and air duct cleaning services, frequently citing punctuality, efficient job completion, and clear communication via phone or text. Recurring themes include friendly staff, reasonable pricing, and thorough work that often involves roof access. While most reviews are positive, a minority of lower-rated experiences describe issues with unnecessary upselling of parts or equipment damage discovered after the service was completed.

Thank you, Janet! I’m glad you were happy with the dryer service, and I really appreciate you mentioning Peter’s professionalism. Thanks for choosing Superior Vents.
Been dealing with my dryer giving home ventilation warnings for a while now. After attempting to fix it myself but unable to get on the roof, finally caved and made the call. It was super easy to set up my appointment and quick scheduling considering I decided on a Saturday that I needed help. Peter was super nice on the phone and in person. They got the job done! Highly recommend.
Thanks so much, Abby! I’m glad we could get you scheduled quickly and take care of that dryer vent warning, and I’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to Peter. We really appreciate the recommendation.

They did a quick job. I am elderly and they moved everthing out of the way and put it all back for me. They made sure it was all done correctly, and even went up on the roof to clean the vent. Excellent job.
Thank you!
Called to get my dryer vent cleaned and Peter was literally out here the next day! Second time using superior and just as friendly and professional as the last time!
Thank you so much! We’re glad you were happy with the dryer vent cleaning. We look forward to helping in the future.
I have been looking for someone to clean the dryer vent for the longest time. I am cautious of people going on the roof and prefer if my husband were home. I happened to see someone's post about Superior Vents. My husband happened to have this Wednesday off and when I called, Superior Vents was more than accommodating. The price was great and they did a great job. We had them put us on the schedule for regular cleaning.
Thank you, Ecinaj, for sharing this! We’re glad we could work around your schedule and your comfort level, and that you were happy with the pricing and the dryer vent cleaning results. We really appreciate you trusting Superior Vents and signing up for regular cleanings.
