Zero Stars --DONT RECOMMEND-- THEY CARE ONLY FOR YOUR $$. Kaleb ..turned out he ruined my garage door but putting too much lube on the hendges that the lube wouldn't wash off!! He tried 2 times it only got worse by spreading!! to where i chose to get screwed again by this company in getting a new with a discounted price garage door which has turned into a nightmare that they REFUSE TO FIX . First picture of oil on my old door which worked perfectly because I had new pulleys etc. Which cost over 1k with this company. 2nd pictures where the Espanic technician installed the new garage door into rotten wooed frame AND COMPANY DENIES. 3rd is a video of how door handles wind we had just the other day the week of middle of month 10.26 I've sent all evidence to to THEY STILL REFUSE TO CORRECT. they sent Martin over here to collect the other 1/2 of the $ for installation but I refuse to pay them since it was installed incorrectly. Martin said they are going to sue me for it. WELL I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT WITH COUNTER SUE. FOR DESTROING MY PROPERTY AND REFUSING TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I WANT YOUR DOOR OFF OF MY FRAME AND OFF MY PROPERTY. Oh turns out I can't share the pictures here go into bbb and other places. You will see the nightmare.

Benny was awesome. Very thorough job. High quality. Explained everything very well - both the issue and the repair. Did lots of testing to make sure door would continue working after repair. Very conscientious and professional.

My garage door broke while my husband was out of town and my car was stuck in the garage. We were able to schedule Kenneth to come that evening after work. He arrived on time and did a great job! Superior Garage Door helped me resolve the problem created when solar panels in my garage prevented my garage door opener (gdo) from reliably working. Beny, their technician tried several means of getting the gdo to work. He readily applied over 2 decades of experience to come up with innovative approaches that hadn’t occurred to 2 other technicians. Beny should consider teaching others because he has so much knowledge to share.
