This is our second birthday party at Supreme Martial Arts UES! Both were GREAT parties! All the kids had fun and enjoyed breaking the boards!
My son has been attending this class for about a year, starting when he was 4 years old. He’s gained stamina and muscle strength and has become much more robust.
We are back! I think the classes have grown; there are more kids but there are also more masters! And shout out to Master Won—he and his team make learning fun and engaging. My son loves it here.

My experience was really good when I first got here they were so nice to me whenever I got stuck in like a form or a kick they would always help me . I recommend tae kwon do is a really cool Experience the masters are really nice, especially Mr. Wong he was my first master when I first came here about like three years ago he makes taekwondo really fun. He’s a really great master and to all the masters too. The masters are really nice. we don’t also get to learn how to fight. We also get disciplined. something that I really like about tae kwon do is that you get to learn a new skills there and write right after you get out of school you like get really excited because you just wanna go to tae kwon do and like it’s literally so fun! thank you!!🥋My name is Hellen Chafla

Very disappointing experience. Be very careful with the membership terms before signing up. They call it a “deposit,” but it is not actually refundable. In practice, it functions more like an advance monthly payment. This felt misleading to us, both in substance and in the way the terms were presented. Also, don’t assume that the monthly membership fee will be your only expense. In our experience, there were additional costs every few months associated with belt promotions and related requirements, so the actual cost of participating ended up being considerably higher than just the advertised monthly payments. For that amount of money, we also expected more actual training time. The kids’ classes are very short, around 30 minutes a couple of times a week. That adds up to roughly one hour of exercise per week, which, in our opinion, is simply not enough to make a meaningful difference in a child’s physical fitness. Overall, you can end up spending a significant amount of money between the membership and additional expenses, while receiving very limited actual training time. And when you decide to leave, you may find that the “deposit” you expected to get back is instead applied to their cancellation notice period. What seemed straightforward when we joined turned out to be much more expensive and restrictive than we expected. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this business.
