Dalton’s professionalism and expertise was present from the very beginning of the process. His communication and listening skills only add to his ability to deliver what the homeowner wants and needs.<br>Most importantly, Dalton has employed a well organized, experienced crew that works hard to get the job done in a timely fashion. Their expertise is unmatched, in our experience, as compared with other contractors we’ve hired to do much smaller jobs. They are craftsman that care about their work and the final project.<br>For our siding project specifically, Dalton allowed us to take some time making the color and design choices we wanted as we transitioned from cedar siding to James Hardie siding, since we wanted this to be a long lasting transition utilizing James Hardie’s 30 year warranty. Using James Hardie’s Statement Collection, we experimented with color a bit and then chose the base colors for the plank siding and trim. We also felt we wanted to make a statement by accenting portions of our house and found the James Hardie Woodtone Rustic Series Collection that allowed us to add some natural looking cedar touches of siding and shake shingles to the mix. After finalizing the look through our own experimentation using AI, Dalton used James Hardie’s Designer program to solidify what we wanted and we were ready to go.<br>As with most jobs, they uncovered issues that needed further attention and Dalton’s crew was more than capable of handling that. Most importantly, they informed us as to what changes were needed and had the expertise to make those changes at a reasonable cost so the house would be in much better shape than before they started.<br>We are more than pleased with our experience having Sure Point Exteriors as our siding contractor. We could not be happier with our choice to use Surepoint Exteriors for the siding project on our home. Dalton DeSilva was exceptional to work with. He is very professional in his approach while remaining friendly and engaging. Dalton’s willingness to stay engaged and communicate was critical to navigate our project from the planning stages to the completion of the job. Dalton was on sight daily to check in with us and the crew which was very much appreciated. Rodrigo the project supervisor, was also present daily to help support the crew and stay in touch with us to address any additional questions or concerns.<br>The crew that worked on our house was outstanding. They were extremely hard working and very skilled in their craft. Many thanks to Eric, Frank, Eric (yes two) and Kevin for a job well done!! Also, we wanted to extend a big thank you to Carlos and Aden, for lending their special skills when needed. Ours was not an easy project, filled with hidden surprises, but we also felt confident and comfortable having this group of experts doing the work.<br>I would highly recommend Surepoint Exteriors for anyone considering a James Hardie siding project. We had an excellent experience with Sure Point Exteriors. They did a fantastic job installing James Hardie siding on our home and used the full Hardie system, which really showed in the quality and attention to detail of the finished project.<br><br>Everyone we worked with was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the product. They also took the time to discuss color options with us and made some great suggestions based on what we were looking for. The result looks fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with how our home turned out.<br><br>We did have one issue during the installation where an electrical wire was accidentally punctured by a fastener. Sure Point addressed the problem quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated.<br><br>Overall, we were very impressed with the workmanship, communication, and customer service. I would definitely recommend Sure Point Exteriors to anyone considering James Hardie siding for their home.

Dalton and his crew were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They beat every other quote, accepted payment once the quality work was finished, did an absolutely incredible job on the siding itself, and then even did some follow up visits to fix some minor imperfections several months later at no extra cost. I cannot express how incredible it was to work with Sure Point Exteriors. They are professional, friendly, and responsive. To choose anyone else would be a mistake.

We used Sure Point Exteriors to replace our siding, windows, and gutters. We found out about Sure Point Exteriors on James Hardie's Find a Contractor website and Sure Point was by far the highest rated contractor in our area.<br><br>Before we found them, we received 3 other quotes that were MUCH higher than Sure Point Exterior's.<br><br>We first met with Dalton and he's been great to work with! He provided us with a packet that explains (with pictures) what their process for residing a house looks like. He was patient with our shifting timeline and scope changes and that made it really enjoyable to work with him.<br><br>His crew was very professional and respectful to our house (both the inside, when they had to come in to install the windows, and the yard). In my opinion, their craftsmanship is great and we are very happy with our new facade! We highly recommend Dalton and his team to anyone!

Sure Point did a fantastic job replacing our rotted wood siding with new Hardy lap boards. The house looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the work. And the price was very reasonable as well!<br><br>Dalton was great to work with throughout the entire project. He clearly communicated what to expect, so there weren’t any unexpected surprises (or upcharges) like you sometimes see from other contractors mid-project.<br><br>We highly recommend Sure Point for any siding work, big or small.

SurePoint replaced all our siding with Hardie ColorPlus and it turned out great. Dalton and crew were easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and the details were done right. Would use them again.

We needed new siding, gutters and painting done. Surepoint exceeded our expectations! Timely installation and Dalton was the best point of contact I have ever had during a project. Texts with updates on when the crew would or wouldn’t be onsite and what was being accomplished that particular day. Our house looks like a new build now!
