Dylan was my service person today. He did a wonderful job, he’s very personable, and feels like he would help me solve whatever problems I need solving. And I’m especially glad for the environmental outlook that this company has, and that Dylan shares. I pay a small amount per month to cover the services several times a year. So the pricing below doesn’t really fit for your survey for me. Just wanna let you know that I thought you did a great job.

I just want to take a moment to give credit where credit is due and express our sincere gratitude to Lawrence for the wonderful service he provided us out here in Cameron Nc today. From the moment he arrived, Lawrence was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond to take the necessary preventative measures to help us through a successful pest termination process, but what stood out most was his willingness to listen to our concerns and try different approaches to help us feel comfortable and at ease in our own home. You don’t always come across someone who takes such pride in doing their job well, regardless of what kind of day they may have had or how late in the day it is. Lawrence could have simply done the job and left, but instead, he took the extra time and effort to make sure we felt heard, comfortable, and confident in the work being done. That kind of care and professionalism is refreshing to see these days. We've SPS for many years. Today, Dylan and Amir did a great job with our pest service. Dylan explained the details of how to deal with the pests we've seen in our house, and as a team they did a thorough external treatment for our house.

I've used Sustainable Pest for years for regular service and for mosquito control, but I also hired them this year for wildlife exclusion around the foundation of my home. Brad did an absolutely terrific job, bringing quality materials for address the issues and providing me with a ton of helpful information.

This group deserves nothing less than a 5 star review. Sustainable Pest has been fantastic with their services, timeliness of appointments/responses and customer service all the way around. I'll never go anywhere else and will only recommend this company to anyone who asks. I've had friends and neighbors try to sway us elsewhere, not a chance. Dylan handles our mosquito and quarterly treatment and he's terrific... friendly, very thorough, doesn't rush and ensures everything is treated properly. We unfortunately just had bats in our attic and Sam handled it from beginning to end. We almost missed the 5/1 cutoff but he ensured to get here, give them a one way out, followed up less than a week later. Today he came and cleaned the attic of the guano and ensured that everything was treated properly. Not an issue I want to run into again but would look to have Sam back to handle anything wildlife related. Extremely polite and knowledgeable.
