Customers frequently praise the professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly communication of the staff during hardwood installation and refinishing projects. Positive reviews highlight the quality of workmanship, punctuality, and the ability to seamlessly blend new flooring with existing surfaces. However, lower-rated excerpts indicate recurring issues with scheduling delays, unreturned calls, and billing disputes, including instances where customers reported unresolved damage or unauthorized charges after project completion.

Everyone I came in contact with during the refinishing of my wood floors were amazing from the beginning to the end of the 3 day project. Carlos was great on selling me on the project and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. On day one James and his work partner (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) were exceptional. They did great work and worked great as a team as they sanded my floors and stained the floors. On the second day Steven and Franco put down two coats of finish and on the third day Steven arrived to replace the quarter-rounds and put down the final layer of finish. There was even a fourth day when Diana showed up to inspect the work and make sure I was happy with the work. The project lived up to my expectations and then some. They were a great company to work with.
